Great fast service, new facilities, friendly staff, convenient location. I have only used them with extended warranty maintenance. Have not dealt with mechanical problems at this time.

Do not go to this dealership for service. They will over charge you and tell you nothing is wrong when my car would not shut off for 3 weeks, and extended warranty does not cover anything. Orion the associate seems nice at first but if the issue is not solved they still charge you over $200 for there time. Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment and on the appointment they take over 1hr to help you. Once I recieved my car talked to a different mechanic on-site and they told me exactly what was wrong. Ask for Stephan if you do decide to go he can help you resolve the issue your vechicle is having. Issue was never fixed and I will be reaching out to cooperate about Orion neglecting my cars issue and paying for a service that never happened. Now if you don’t mind wasting money then go ahead and come to service at Mazda Central!

5 stars for the service department! Orion was excellent and If he wasn’t immediately available, Taylor stepped right in. Great teamwork. After scheduling a service appointment for a future date, I found myself down that way. (I live an hour away.) I stopped in to see if I could drop it then and there. I knew it would be a stretch, but in a few minutes they had my car checked in and Corey had a beautiful loaner parked out front waiting. 2 days later I have my car back and everything’s good! They are timely, communicate efficiently, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you so much!

Be careful with this dealership. They are really ripping off people on money. Have excellent credit score and credit history and they tried to rip me of for 11% APR when I went to other dealership and got great deal with 3.99% APR. Waste of at least 6 hours of my time. And yeah, you will select the car, and they will sell it while you in process of applying and I guess it’s normal practice at this dealership.Know your credit worth and don’t fell for this greedy business but I will definitely never will consider this dealership as an option.Even in response they lie. No one offered 6%, minimum that they offered is 10.8% when called me before second visit and asked me to come as they were sure that they can offer me under 8%.As I say, don’t fall for greedy business and know your credit worth, do research before signing anything with them.Other dealership did only one hard inquiry and approved me for low Apr, when this one did at least 8.

Less than 2 months later and had to buy a new battery… Left a message for a manger to give me a call back and haven’t heard a peep. Also emailed the salesperson that emailed me a follow up 2 days before the battery died and never heard back from him. They are great when you are buying but don’t expect anything after you have already bought from them. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I've been leasing from Mazda since 2012. Things have changed a lot. The dealership facility and the people there have evolved. The quality of service has increased these last few years. I believe one of the reasons is because many of their employees are passionate about cars. I've had many conversations with them about motorsport and cars in general while waiting for service to finish. I'm an auto enthusiast so I appreciate that my car is being cared for by fellow enthusiasts who respect it. Beyond that, their phone service is reliable, their parts center works well and they make good on their estimates for time to completion when your car is serviced. I specifically love the video summary that gets texted to you when they do the work on the car. Brings peace of mind and is a signal that they are willing to be transparent about their work. A+!

Buy your next Mazda from Nick at Roger Beasley Central!I have bought 3 Mazdas from the Georgetown location, but when I went to buy my fourth, I felt like they really didn’t care about my loyalty to them. So, I went to the central location, and Nick met all my expectations! He was friendly and professional, and he made me feel like he truly cared that I was there to buy my fourth Mazda. He said he wanted to make up for how badly the Georgetown location had dropped the ball.Nick had to jump through some hoops to get me the deal I wanted, but he didn’t give up. He spent several hours with us on a recent Saturday, and I can honestly say, he made my car purchase experience as easy as it could have been. He’ll be the first person I call when I’m ready for my fifth Mazda!

This location is outstanding. I moved to Austin in July and needed 2 new front tires and to save on cost, I went to Discount Tire. They completely messed up my alignment and stated they nothing was wrong and stated I must have hit something. They do not do alignments and sent me to a place they work with which rotated my tires and stated the alignment was fine but the car continued to pull sharply. With my line of work as a mobile physician, I have very limited time during the day and the situation was getting aggravating. I finally went to Roger Beasley Central Austin and Samantha Melhado was absolutely phenomenal and stating she went above and beyond does not even cover it. Turns out I wasn't crazy and the alignment was definitely off. Not only did she come and update me numerous times during my wait, but she got me in right away knowing my work situation and limited time. She, along with the mechanics, were completely honest about when I should have the other two tires replaced instead of trying to sell it to me on that visit. They worked with me with pricing and even got my oil changed that day instead of making me come back. When I had questions on tinting laws, Samantha personally spoke to the appropriate staff and informed me and even gave me recommendations for affordable tinting locations. Today, I am back for an oil change and getting the other two tires from because it is worth every penny to have it done here, not to mention they always work with me with cost. I came yesterday and they were slammed so Paul Ojeda said to personally call him when I am on my way today and he will make sure I am taken care of, and he absolutely stayed true to his word. Samantha, Paul and any managers/staff involved today, again exceeded my expectations.

5 months ago I would have rated 5 stars based on the effortless first, free oil change. Today, I went through a horrendous experience. My battery on my 2022 CX-30 completely drained unexpectedly overnight. My MyMAzda app does a fantastic job of notifying me if a door is left unlocked or open, all lights are automatic shut off. My vehicle will not start unless I am jumpstarted. I took it in and after 4-6 hours later, was assured it was just the battery but it is on a universal back order, then we just stared at one another in silence until I asked, "So what you're telling me is my new vehicle that I haven't owned a full 365 days and is well within warranty, needs a new battery but I cannot have one installed? I will need to go purchase a 3rd-party manufactured battery elsewhere and spend my money when I shouldn't but because I need an operating vehicle and you do not have a loaner currently available?" I had to ask if I could be reimbursed for the purchase, Ashley then went and spoke to a Supervisor who stated I'd be reimbursed in the form of an e-mailed gift certificate...? Had I not asked, I wasn't even going to be reimbursed at all. Not a single string was pulled in my situation. After calling around to Firestones, I then drove around and spent $235 at an Advanced Auto Parts. I had no choice. If I shut my vehicle down, I would need to be jumpstarted to get back up and running. At no point was I presented with, "We do not have a loaner currently available but I assure you I will put you on the waitlist for the next available loaner as we wait for your battery." At no point was I presented with ANY resolution other than buying a battery elsewhere. To add salt to the wounds, I had requested a Supervisor to contact me and when they did, he specifically stated that while they had my vehicle in their possession, Mazda approved for installations on 3rd party batteries because of the universal back order. Their system of communication in the Service department is terribly lacking and it was at my expense. I could have avoided this entire experience. I felt completely unsupported. They truly were okay with letting me leave with a less than a year old, in-warranty vehicle that was not mechanically functional. Terrible experience. Purely terrible for my first Mazda purchase.

After negative experiences with high pressure sales and sneaky psy-ops at other dealerships, I found my way to Roger Beasley. They had great prices on used vehicles, and the salesperson (Garrett--hope I'm spelling that right!) was informed, helpful, and easygoing. He didn't try any sneaky sales tactics, just found a car in inventory that fit my needs, took me on a test drive, and got me a price that was better than I'd hoped. I would definitely come back next time I need a car!

I had possibly the best customer support experience in my life today at this dealership. My Mazda3 was in there to replace a head lamp kit, and had a communication breakdown with them about my coverage. I was experiencing sticker shock and confusion about my bill, and was pretty hard on the agent servicing my ticket. The new GM of the dealership - Donnie Wetsel - walked out and did what every person wishes their boss would do: he rescued her and very warmly invited me into his office. He then reviewed every aspect of the interaction, from text messages, phone calls, etc leading up to the dispute. He was firm yet fair, showing me where I had dropped the ball, and owning up to where they had done so. He was the epitome of professional, kind, respectful, but most of all, took accountability for where they had fallen short. Made it easy for me to own where I fell short, and I left there feeling lucky to be a customer. Donnie knocked off a couple of things to help soothe my sticker shock, and treated me like a decent human being. I'm completely sold on this place and feel good about being a loyal customer. You want to do business with a place run by a Prince like this. Thank you!

We bought a new Mazda from this dealership in 2022 and the experience was fine. Not great, but not terrible. Basically, it was the typical car buying experience, which took much longer than it should, and involved repetitive conversations about extended warranties and other add-ons. Fast forward a year later and I took our CX-30 in for routine service. My service advisor was Orion and he was very courteous and professional. I was in and out within an hour, which was surprisingly fast compared to other dealerships I've taken our cars to.The bottom line: Beasley's sales process needs some improvement, but their service department operates smoothly and efficiently. And they're lucky to have an employee like Orion.

A fair deal on the value of the car. You don't learn why it was so fair until after you have it for a few days or weeks. That is when you discover the one (only one) key fob is defective and does not lock the driver door. The CD player does not work. (Always take a CD to try out) The dash lights are too dim to read. Since they have you sign a contract that the car is sold 'as is', even when you bring it back to have the new license plates put on (which they receive 4 to 6 weeks after the sale), and the horn starts sounding in their parking lot, they will lie and blame you for hitting the panic button. (They also lied about fixing a small crack in the windshield but I let it slide because it is small and does not block the driver's view.) Then they want to charge you even just to fix the one defective key fob they gave you. Hard telling what other defects will show up later. The A/C as it slowly leaks? To be fair, they will allow you to buy a 3 year extended warranty that covers SOME things at $100+ a month.

DO NOT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. The car buying process was fine, some usually car salesman tactics “you better buy now because this person just called and wants it” but that’s to be expected. The finance is super shady. They give you a terrible interest rate - 16% with an almost 700 credit score - and just say “that’s where rates are” when you question it. I refinanced the next day to half that rate, so rates are in fact, not there. They also pressure you into their GAP which they’ll justify because of the terrible interest rate you’re getting. I did get my refund for that purchase 2 months later but I would save yourself the trouble and not go with any of their insurances. If you have to speak with the finance department… good luck. I let multiple messages and sent multiple emails checking on my refund check with no response. Luckily the receptionist was nice and helped me out when I mentioned this (didn’t get her name unfortunately) but this review is totally regarding the shady business/finance department. Trust them at your own risk
