  Truly an awful experience with them and literally not only the worst haircut I have ever had (mind you I’m no spring chicken), But the most expensive I’ve ever had as well.
  
  The first haircut was scheduled with Abel and I very clearly told him that I am trying to grow my hair Long and wanted a haircut that has a great shape and style that I can grow out. Well, not only did he cut it far shorter than I wanted, but it was so uneven and bad that I had to go back to the salon to have it fixed even if it meant my hair would be even shorter.
  
  Second time (a week later), I was scheduled with Ethan who I was told is the best with curly hair at the salon. I went in with a good attitude, and I thought Shorter than I want or otherwise, I would at least end up with a great cut. Well, I didn’t only end up with even shorter hair, but I ended up with an even worse haircut that was so un flattering and STILL uneven. My hair now was in this weird triangle shape that Made me look and feel like an old lady who cut her own hair. Seriously? This is the guy who started his conversation with me by saying ‘do you know who I am?’ No, I didn’t know who he was nor do I care. What I do care about is him giving me a great haircut like I was promised and especially for $250. I would have even settled for a decent cut.
  
  I have reached out to Ethan and the salon multitude of times. I’ve sent them photographs And all, and they are refusing to give me a penny back of what I paid them for ruining my hair and for a long time before I am able to grow it back out. I am so angry and I very much miss my curls. My hair is not that hard to cut and I have never had anyone botch it this bad……TWICE in a week!
  
  And by the way, beware that they have Their phone number answered by some AI generated message so you can’t speak to a person when you call. They also have no receptionist, no waiting room or reception area…… when you arrive to the salon, you have to ring a bell, they let you in and you’re greeted by one of the hairdressers (Who is doing somebody’s hair at the time) and they tell you to go to the back where you sit on a small bench in the hallway. I guess they were trying to maximize the square footage for chairs in the salon so they make the most money? It’s pretty weird and uncomfortable especially for the money they charge In a salon that builds itself as a high-end place!

  I have gotten my haircut with Dusty a few times and he is the best stylist I have ever had! Listens to your needs and has a WAY with scissors and hair… love my visits with him. More than worth the wait and the cost.

  I had such a great experience! Dusty is THE BEST. He made me feel super comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut is exactly what I was hoping for, it’s perfect, shiny, healthy, and just looks so good.
  
  I showed him an inspo pic and it looks EXACTLY like the picture! He worked quickly but paid attention to every detail. I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out. He’s awesome. Highly recommend!

  I have been in search of a great hairstylist here in Austin and looking for a good cut! I saw Dusty do his thing on TikTok and absolutely satisfied with the cut and experience I had! Between the champagne and laughs, I’ll definitely be back again.
