Working with Risner Roofing was a nightmare. We specifically worked with Cody and Frank. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am in the process of trying to recover my insurance funds from them. Be warned of scam artistry. Aside from them squandering our insurance funds without completing the agreed-upon work, they left my home and property a mess. They also damaged my garage door while working and refused to respond to my written request to remedy the problem. They were courteous and responsive via text and phone call in the process of booking the work, but quickly became manipulative and inconsistent as soon as they received an insurance check.

Risner's roofing call service called me to schedule a roofing inspection as if I had already contacted them to do so. The young lady was incompetent at scheduling and didn't know how to schedule a roofing inspection. I thought it was my roofers 3rd party inspector doing another follow up so I naively made an apt for the following day. When I asked the lady which number to call if need to cancel my apt, she said "the number on your screen" which was a 1-888 number and usually spam. When I called the 1-888 number back later that day to cancel my apt, it did not work. No ring. Nothing. It felt like a complete scam. I then googled Risen roofers, and found an Austin local number so called that and got a hold of the owner. He said I told his service team I was ghosted by by my current roofer and why they were coming out to inspect. Complete BS and a total lie - my roofer has never done that to me. I would NOT hire these people as roofers. They are manipulative and phishing for your insurance info. and money.

Cody and team replaced the roof on our Dad's house and the experience was exceptional. Cody is a professional and knows this business. He offered us a more that fair price and even met the insurance adjuster at the house to ensure the adjuster accurately captured the condition of Dad's roof. The team executed the job in 2 days, leaving the yard undamaged and free of any debris. I cannot recommend Risner Roofing more highly.

Just received a call from a scheduler, trying to drum up business. When told that I just had my roof replaced, person hung up abruptly. Y'all should check / monitor who you have calling for you.

Cody is exceptional. He and his team did a fantastic job replacing my roof and installing gutters, very professional. He was also very responsive and answered my questions almost immediately, excellent communication. I highly recommend Cody for any type of roof work.

I recently hired Risner Roofing to fix my leaky roof and they did a fantastic job! Not only did they fix the leak, but they also left me with a new appreciation for roofing jokes. My favorite was when the roofer asked me if I had heard about the roof that leaked twice. I replied \\\"no,\\\" and he quipped \\\"it was double the trouble!\\\" I highly recommend Risner Roofing not only for their expert roofing skills, but also for the laughter they bring to the job. 5 stars and a roof-high recommendation!

Cody and his awesome team did a fast, efficient, and well-crafted job on fixing our roof after it was leaking during heavy rain. We were able to get an appointment right away to get the problem fixed. They also noticed our chimney needed reinforcement so they added that service at a very reasonable cost. We look forward to working with Risner Roofing again and recommend them for any roofing needs.

I reached out to Cody asking for them to remove part of our overhang so we could get new gutters installed. He responded quickly and was able to come and give me a quote fast. From there, he communicated well and even helped us prep the area for the gutters.I’ll definitely be using him for future roofing needs.
