This location is beautiful! I was concerned they might not have everything there, but I wasn't disappointed. The customer service and quality are both top notch. I was quickly greeted and had a great interaction with my sales person. She was both friendly and professional. I can't wait to receive my new sofa.

First time to visit this furniture store. I had looked online and was interested in a dining table and chairs - not a cheap purchase. There were four sales people that I could see. One helping a customer and three others sitting and chatting amongst themselves. I have money, but I don't dress up to buy furniture. I walked the entire store and nobody greeted me or asked if they could help. I sat at the table and chairs I was interested in and I had a question about extendable version, actual color, but it was a huuuuuuge inconvenience to come over to help me. They yelled the answers across the floor. I went to several other furniture stores at The Domain and all of them had better customer service. She missed out. I went to Design Within Reach and made a purchase.

I was helping a friend shop for home furnishings and we had the worst experience in the Austin's Room & Board store. We literally tried so hard to get the sales person to help us and she couldn't be bothered. She was on her phone and acted annoyed each time we had a question on an item. It was if we were interrupting her social media time.I'm sorry, but if I'm buying a 2- 3K rug, I'd like to know the cost by size (the prices are not listed on the samples), the care it requires, will it shed, etc. My only assumption is that the sales people are not trained and or not on commission. What a complete disappointment.

My fiancé and I decided to purchase our first brand new couch. This was a huge and expensive decision for us. We went to half a dozen places and of course our couch was in the last place we looked. I spent the better part of the last month agonizing about the cost to durability ratio, researching materials pros/cons, and reading reviews. I found several couches I loved at various stores, but the Room and Board customer service stood out the most. Jennifer at Room and Board impressed us both when we walked in the door. She answered all of our questions and concerns, and made me feel comfortable about what we were looking to buy. Thank you, Jennifer! I will come back and review again when the couch arrives and again a year after that, but my initial experience was excellent!
