The Good:Good customer service, clean shop, and they have soft drinks and beer available for their clients. It's also a full service shop.The Not So Good:Came here as I am familiar with the chain, however expectations with the quality of the cut fell short.Monica, you were friendly and I appreciate the customer service and experience provided. That being said, your clipper skills could use improvement. My fade is sloppy, I asked to start with a 0 and fade high and tight, leaving the length on the top just above the line of color that was in my hair.Unfortunately I ended up with a ton of choppy shadows of uneven length on the sides that do not blend. I also would not say a 0, something closer to a 1 with the guard adjustment close. The blend from the sides into the length on top is also choppy in areas and the bangs had some really long chunks that were missed.You did ask when you were finished if everything was looking good. I did say yes but that's because I didn't have the heart to say otherwise and I lost all trust at that point and felt this was beyond capabilities of being fixed. That being said I still paid for the service and tipped you $10 to be courteous but it was quality id expect from a low cost, high volume barber shop like sportclips.I get we all have off days so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt. On the other hand I will not be returning. Thankfully it's hair and will grow out enough in 2 weeks to get cleaned up elsewhere.I wish you well and hope this feedback can be used to help you improve.

6 or so weeks ago, I was a walk-in at Rooster’s on 620. I was buying tires in the area. Pam gave a great cut and friendly and sincere convo. This time around, I made an appointment with Pam online. Same result! Great cut, at the appointed time, and an overall 5-star experience.

My husband has been going here for the past two years to get haircuts, we have enjoyed every haircut sense, but recently they wouldn’t let him choose who he wants to get his haircut by. It’s still good it would just be nicer to have the option.

We walked in 5 minutes late because, I was confused about the appointment time and also due to 4 point traffic… but even if the place was completely empty , really no one in , she refuse to do my son cut. First and Last time there, really poor customer service.

Had my appt today at 12 pm. Asked if anyone there did good fades prior to going in. She says we all do. Booked got there and when i show her the fade i want she tries to talk me out of it with a subpar explanation. Should have known she doesn't have the skill for this. Also the hair cut was 15 min. Didn't take her time at all, didnt study her work. She had 30 more min before the next appt of hers. Other fades I've had by great barbers took 45 - 1 hr. With them constantly checking their work. For $39 dollars you guys better staff top tier barbers because supercuts at walmart could have done this for $15 and probably still do a better job. Didn't notice right away but when i got into car i could tell how bad of a job she did. Management... if you wanna keep my business i think its fair you offer a free cut or someone to fix this. This is unacceptable. People be ware if you go in fridays and saturdays

This should have been my 7th of 7 visits meaning my next appointment would be at no charge. May 5th was my 6th visit. Friday, May 26th was my 7th. It registered in their system as 1 of 7. I asked the stylist and was told I should have received a coupon in my email notifying me of my status. I believe she did not understand my question/concern. (The website does not keep track of the appointments for a customer.) Needless to say, it’s my last. They do a good job, but $39 a cut is a bit steep.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been going to this location for quite some time now. Pam has been great in the past, and I thought I finally found a good place. I hate to say I will not be going back. I made an appointment a few days ago. They are running 3-4 days out. Decided to go in a few minutes early to make sure I was done on time, or to see if I could start sooner. I walked in about 8min early to find Pam was the only one in the location, and she had just started someone else's hair. My appointment was at 1pm, and I did not get sat down till almost 1:15. Now she is rushing to get me done to move on to the next appointment that is waiting. So instead of me getting a good haircut. I get a rush job, and am less than pleased. Not only with the quality, but also the fact that I have to wait past my scheduled appointment. "Stepping over a dollar to pick up a quarter" is the expression that comes to mind. Hope it was worth it. Roosters has lost my business.
