Store is cluttered if you have a question or need assistance u won't get it here no one speaks English they will just say they dont understand all the hires at this location for most part speak no English if Ross stores want to hire all hispanics that is there choice, but at least be considerate of your customer base who is diverse and hire people that are bilingual.

I wasted 20 minutes reviewing what to buy and when I wanted to measure the clothes, the person in charge of this area flatly told me that there was no service to try on the clothes, terrible service, how do they want to sell if they don't allow us to be sure of what we bought.

First of all- cashier was SO rude. Before even entered my card she was screaming NEXT, for another person to check out. I know these lines get long but here’s WHY we slow down. Quality control for one, she rang up a $18 dollar item TWICE and because I felt so rushed and anxiety filled over the whole experience- I didn’t even notice til I was back at my hotel. So I had to come back- wait for them to review the camera footage to see I was indeed double charged… for one item. The woman who did that was so sweet which saved this review. So good job there! It was sorted out but my suggestion is on the cashiers to provide a better experience!

My friend lost her phone her and the manager and all the staff mobilized fast to help. Thanks to reviewing cameras and the staff helping we located it. We thought it was lost. Thank you!!

The store itself is quite good, but it has one critical problem: the checkout line. Way too many people in the queue while only one checkout is open. The line stretches into the aisles, so the approximate wait time is 30-40 minutes.
