They sell nice things here but the prices are frankly unacceptable. $10 for a sandwich would be outrageous in Manhattan, I’m sure they could fix their pricing and find a way to sell more produce.
I went there in the evening and a lot of their fresh food hadn’t sold, so it must either be wasted, sold unfresh, or given away for free (in which case just charge me a reasonable fee and I’ll buy it).
Finally, tipping in a grocery store? Sure, he’s 20 bucks for scanning my items like I do myself at self checkouts. Pay your staff appropriately instead of asking me to do it.

Parking in front of the store is confusing. Says 15 min only but also has a parking meter so I went in to asked the female cashier for clarification and cashier just said “the signs should have markings”.
I wouldn’t have went in and asked if i understood the signs 😭 she seemed bothered by my question. pls be nice

love my local royal blue. if i ever need anything last minute this is my go-to spot. friendly staff, great selection, and supports local business. yes, there is a tip option at checkout, but that’s because they also make fresh food to order, as well as coffee.

Over priced and a tip screen comes up when you are paying... tipping for going to a convenient store LOL. I assume that the store pays its employees $4/hr and the employees rely on the tips.

Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Tipping culture is out of hand. I shouldn't feel pressured to tip for someone running groceries through a till.

excellent service from Aubrey. she was very professional, helped me with selection of items offered options on drinks I wouldn't have tried prior. thank you for the amazing help. definitely will be back to shop lift.

Super friendly staff. A lot of tasty items. Sooo many fresh, delicious baked goods from local spots. Chocolate Torte - 5/5 Lemon Cake - 5/5 Baked goods were from Sour Duck, and absolutely fantastic. The staff had great recommendations.

Not sure what's going on at this particular location, however, there are no public restrooms for customers and the wifi never works... I'm not sure about the internet but whats the actual law regarding restrooms as this was all I could find. Pretty frustrating and why I gave two stars. All I could find below...Publicly and privately owned facilities where the public congregates shall be equipped with sufficient temporary or permanent restrooms to meet the needs of the public at peak hours.

There was this one goth mami working there on March 17th, 2023 at around 7-9pm. Nicest woman on earth, and she even complimented my homies. 10/10, need more ppl like her?
