I have been working with Stonegate pharmacy for a month, and every person that I have communicated with has gone above and beyond. I know they have had to hire and train some new employees because they have been so busy but they got back to me in the time they said they would. I needed to rush a compound and had to pay $50 extra for that but it was well worth it. Renee and his team are top-notch and are doing their best to keep up with the demand. I am super impressed and thankful that I ran across this pharmacy. Thank you guys so much!

****NO STARS HERE****This pharmacy has disappointed me so much. My RX was put in about a month ago. They charged $4 something and $5something and $140 a couple days ago. Never gave notice when they were going to charge so the funds are there. I've tried calling several times and the answering service gives me the run around and CAN NOT get anyone to call me. Now they texted me they still need payment even though I already paid!!!!!! This is crazy.... They have my E-mail and phone number. I just dont know what to do. No meds and out $150.00 and a waste of time!!!!! Kimberly Mendoza

My first mounths prescription was 131$ my 2nd month so far cost me 220$ so far they say I still owe them 100$ more I haven't got a call back as of now however tomorrow I will go to the store in San Antonio hopefully to get some answers iam very disappointed because iam really a diabetic type 2 of course I want to lose weight but I can't afford what stone gate is asking my next step is a full refund

Their motto claims "where YOU matter" but nothing could be further than the truth. A terrible experience with each and every touchpoint. I finally told the person today I no longer would be giving them my business. Ineffective communication, misleading processes, and incorrect website refill procedures listed. I pay a $50 expedite charge because you don't follow your own internal procedures? What a joke. I finally decided to drive down there and see if the situation could improve with face-to-face discussion. I felt like I was walking into a "Wolf of Wall Street" backroom. Boxes and confusion reigned. Customer no service dominated the conversation. Hard Pass.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I constantly call, without anyone answering. The answering service personnel are very rude. I have not received my medication, and have no clue of when it will even ship.

I have called MULTIPLE times - each time reaching the 'service center', I can't actually speak to a person that can answer my questions. I have to wait for someone to call me back. I have left three messages, no one has ever called me back. They shipped my prescription finally, without any warning to me (after saying 7-10 days, it's been 10+) never let me know it was finished so I could anticipate it (needs to be refrigerated) so hopefully it's not ruined by the heat. Will never use stonegate again.

This is the worst business, My compound prescription was sent a month ago, they took my money immediately but have not heard from them since, they do not answer phones, do not answer emails, they have not sent my meds, I have been without them for 3 weeks now. Do not take your prescription here. They do not care, they will not show their faces , will not take your calls, no tracking number nothing!

Two weeks and nothing on a fairly common compounded prescription. A call for information and a callback with said information promised within 48 hours. Callback was not received. Not surprising on reviewing the other responses on this thread.

Never again. When it comes to compound medicine, go to peoples pharmacy. You can go there and see dozens of people willing to assist you and I can trust. I won't get the wrong medicine. I don't know what the heck is going on with Stonegate, but my wife's medicine was supposed to be ready a week ago. She received a notice, and it never came back in the mail. After getting nowhere with our phone service, we decided to go to Stonegate pharmacy. When we arrived, they did not have it. The line was long and they were a few people working at the time. Try to call their phone number and get routed to some utterly rude people who will not answer questions or assist you in actually speaking to a living person. There's no accountability, no manager you can speak to, nothing. For over a decade, they've been a pretty regular Pharmacy for our family. But my wife's medicine is critically urgent, and even though they admitted that they should've had it, or that they should've sent it to us by now, they still told us we had to pay an extra $50 in rush charges if we wanted to get it in less than 72 hours. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told we could go online. Not acceptable. Stonegate has cut corners in every way possible. If they do it at the customer level, imagine how much more they can cut by reducing components in your actual medicine. The CEO of Stonegate is Rene Garcia. Also on the executive team are Akeem Khan and Andy Ruiz. I have never met them before. As far as I know, they have never answered any of these pathetic reviews that show how far Stonegate pharmacy has fallen in terms of customer care. Based on what I see, my experience is not the only one. Since pharmaceuticals are in essential part of healthy living, I might suggest a complaint to the Texas state board of pharmacy that will maybe get some attention at the executive level. I have probably written 100 reviews on establishments of every kind, and only have a couple of reviews that are one star. When it comes to critical medication and getting it in a timely manner, or having the pharmacist seem to act like they care, I am very serious.

My first script was called in June 22nd and still have not heard a thing from the pharmacy. I have called and left 3 messages to follow up with no return calls. I have even sent a email to them to no avail. I have had to go to another pharmacy to fill the gap until I hear from them. If I ever do. They are a little cheaper but it may not be worth the hassle. My husband has gotten contact for his script that was called in 2 days prior to mine and his is on the way.

Takes over a month to get refills. You are lucky if you receive a response via text, email, or phone. Absolute garbage.

This company is a joke, they don't answer the phone they don't return phone calls. They don;t ship product. They take your money and run. SCAM ARTIST. Called and left 10 messages and never a call back.

So here I am again wondering why I gave Stonegate Pharmacy another chance and to make matters worse I was dumb enough to give my cc information which they immediately charged me for my medication. But 10 days later , numerous texts, calls . Still no medication!! Whoever manages this business is an embarrassment to the profession of management!!! Once if ever I receive my medication I will never use this pharmacy again. I'm on the border of calling my attorney to file a theft complaint

I know that this is one of the only compounding pharmacies that can do the new glp1 medications IN AUSTIN. I get that they are beyond overwhelmed. Not possible to get an answer about anything. Minus that they don't tell you your price before saying they will charge your card. Then you can't get ahold of them to confirm a price. I appreciate the struggle you guys are experiencing with how many people now come to you. Many more than your small place is able to handle. Please maybe start blocking new meds until you are caught up or get a better system. You NEED someone that can answer questions.. you are going to tank your reviews quickly this way. Also to everyone getting meds here, especially a glp1 medication. Expect a month for your meds like many other pharmacies right now. That time frame is about right. This small place was never made for this many clients and they are trying FOR YOU. The stress I'm sure stonegate employees feel everyday when they go home must be unreal. I feel for them. Please just get someone that can answer the dang phone. And the call people u have.... I hope u are paying them SO good. Because they are getting eaten alive out there. Anyways PLEASE tell me my price before charging my card. Brittany gowens is my name.

If I could give zero stars I would, it's impossible to talk to anyone at the pharmacy, it's been over a month and I still don't have my medication nor has it even been shipped. You get a text every couple days telling you you'll get your prescription in 7-10 business days, you'll get your meds 8-10 days after your card is charged etc. But you never get your medications. I can't even transfer my prescription out of the pharmacy because so can get a hold of anyone!
