I think this store is clean and organized. Definitely, if the customers are messy, you need more employees which will increase the cost of goods. And the reason I go to this store is to buy good quality merchandise at a price I can afford to. Not every time I buy something, but I enjoy visiting this discount store more than other stores who look chaotic and are packed with low quality and ugly merchandise.

I totally understand why this Saks off in Austin has low stars/review. The 2 person doesn’t know what are they saying and doing.
The black girl offers me 10% off and wanted to know if I’m eligible. So I asked “is this a credit card? Because I already have one and I’m already a member here. She just insisted the 10% off… thank God the manager is there to save her.
Then I returned the 1 item that cost more than $50 and exchanged it to around $40 and the guy told me that I owed $10???
If I’m dumb I’ll just say yes and pay. So I need to tell him how much the cost and it’s totally understandable that he is not aware about the price. 🤯😓😤🫣
I love going and buying in Saks off 5th in Dallas. But I think you need a better employee here in Austin.

They have good prices, if you actually know what things are. They don't have enough staff to tell you which way the Sun comes up, with certainly ÷) and my Wi-Fi has never connected there, not once, no matter how many times I mention it, and my Wi-Fi is a greedy little thing. It knows how to connect ÷)

Never purchase from Saks Fifth avenue!!! I ordered an expensive item and asked for signed delivery. The item was misdelivered to some other house and I’ve been on the phone with saks and FedEx for 12 days . I sent the proof to saks that the item wasn’t delivered to me and they denied my refund! I’m going to sue them .

I purchased two item at this store in Houston at the store while I was visiting now I want to return it and I was told you have to return it at the store. I live in Austin and the closest store is in San Antonio. So disappointing that i spent almost $700 and I have to go back to Houston or San Antonio to return this item. Poor customer service and return process. I contacted several staff regards to this issue and no one could help. So disappointed. I will never purchase at this store again. I strongly believe it has to be a way to return the item without going all the way back to store.

I’ve never received worse customer service than Saks off 5th. Returning an item? Good luck. Online order delivered to the wrong address even though the address was entered correctly? No help.
This company robs their customers.
