came to Sallys for a recommendation for my white 68 yr old hair breaking or falling out- was it the dry winter-maybe? Shout out to Gilbert- he educated me on several products and I chose the SOAPBOX - shampoo, conditioner and OH MY Growth Vitamin Booster. I washed my hair yesterday- and instant change- my hair is fine but I've always had a lot and volume was not an issue- Gilbert I called the store to thank you and they asked me to leave this review- and respect your craft! Worst customer experience!!!I needed assistance due to an item being secured.I approached the 2 young men working and very nicely requested their assistance. They both looked at each other as I was an inconvenience to them. I proceeded to return to the area where I needed assistance. From the, e the staff member yelled out which one I needed as if he didn't have to come with the same key to them all ??♂️.After retrieving a pair of 7.00 sheers, he explained he would hold on to them at the counter till I wasready to check out ?.Baffled as I thought if I was a thi, f I would not be looking to steal a 7.00 pair of sheers, and second, y I was holding in my hands about 50.00 worth of products ??♂️.Needless to say, I won't be returning. Sally, you guys need better representation and staff thawantts to assist.

I think I'm done with this store. A few months ago I ordered a needed item with 2 hour delivery. It never showed up and there was no way to get any information online. I called the store and they had no idea about anything. I finally drove there and was told that the third party delivery company cancelled the pick up. They couldn't explain why or how that could happen. Best part was that they were out of stock of the item I needed. Lots of wasted time. Today i spent 15-20 minutes shopping then another 15 minutes trying to pay the $39 for my items. None of their registers were working and they kept getting error messages. It wasn't me because they had issues with the person checking out before me. After trying all three registers they finally just said "sorry we can't check you out. I asked if there was anyway they could do it online or anyone they could call to give my cc number to. They said "sure, you can make your order online". Lame. You'd think they would maybe call a manager or something. My time is one of my most valued assets and it's maddening to have it wasted like that. I am done with Sally's, I will just order anything I need from Amazon.

I gotta say i usually like this location, the staff is usually very nice and attentive. But today i can't say that, i walked in didn't get greeted by the 1 and only employee that was standing near the door, she was helping a customer out so i can understand why she didn't knowledge me. I'll let that slid. But i was going to need help looking for the color i needed to dye my hair. So i waited patiently in that isle till she was done... but she just walked away, you'd think since I'm the only customer in the store you'd ask me if i need help but not this girl, everytime i go up to her she'd just take off the opposite direction. Finally i just yelled out what i was looking for and she said we don't have it, after she look me up and down never once said anything else but another look my way. That was so rude. Another customer comes in and very kindly walks up to her and asks if she needs help. The first thing that came to me was she's racist bc I'm Hispanic but then i thought maybe she thought little of me bc i was wearing basketball shorts and a t- shirt, i honestly don't know. But she was so rude and made me feel unwelcome. I didn't see a name tag on her, she had long black hair with tons of makeup on. I would have called her manager if i had her name. I don't think I'll come to this location again.

Their hours today begin at 10am. Door wasn't open when I came in at 11am. One person came up with me and decided to drive away. I waited. Turns out only one person is scheduled to work, she went on a restroom break, locked the door, and didnt bother to put up a "brb" sign. She wouldn't accept my return without a receipt bc the products were opened. Sally's DOES accept those. I told her she's going against policy, and she responded the policy "doesn't specify." EXACTLY. because it's not against policy to return used product. She said she'd call customer service. She asked them if she could accept a return that was: not showing up in the customer purchase history. She didn't ask them about "used" product which was the reason she said she's rejecting my return. She said she'd never given anyone a store credit before for a used item without a receipt. They told her to process it.

I stopped by this Sally's for the first time yesterday. I did some research on at home wax options before going in but wanted some in person thoughts and to see different products in person vs Amazon. The staff was kind when I entered and greeted me at the door. I was asked if I needed any help which I did so Claire walked with me to the section I needed and answered all of my questions (there were a LOT). She was very helpful, knowledgeable on the products/recommendations (including safety recommendations), and overall made me feel very comfortable (which is extra difficult during COVID). This location is actually a little further than another but I chose it as it had the products I wanted to see in store available. Ill go to this location in the future as well because of Claire's amazing customer service. She went above and beyond. Thanks Claire!!
