Poor customer service. While I was trying to ask for help the worker ignored me and asked another set of ladies that were in the back, whom had already been in the store prior to me coming. Then then entire time she was checking me out held a conversation with the other employee. Not once did she interact with me. I definitely wouldn’t spend my money here. Came for a DoorDash

How is it possible to come to the store in the middle of the day and it's closed with a note that says be back in 30 minutes and no time frame we don't even know when you left that's really bad for business

I would not recommend this location. The staff here is rude to customers and does not seem very knowledgeable about the products. Got upset with me for walking on the freshly cleaned floor complaining that she had to re-mop the floor.

I do not recommend this place at all, I asked the lady at the register a question and from the start she was very rude, it seemed she didn't want anyone to talk to her, and when I went to pay, I waited there for like 10 minutes because no one was at the register. And then another coworker came in to the register, and she just looked at me and started laughing.

The cashier at 7:36 on friday 20th september was rude, and impatient to a spanish speaking costumer her attitude towards the spanish speaker was plain rude.

We went in looking for a certain product and the two sales associates on the floor were very polite. One found what I needed and even explained how to use the product. We grabbed some other items we needed then walked up to the register. We get to the register and the employee didn't even acknowledge us or look up at us. She literally was on her phone the whole time texting. We waited and nothing. We put the products back and walked out. The only reason I didn't give a it a one star was because the two employees on the floor were very polite. The young lady at the register on the other hand could learn some manners.

Same layout as all the other ones in Austin?
The employees were attentive and kind to customers despite having to restock a massive amount of products!?
They did well and had plenty of knowledge for people who cut the line asking if they had something!

Well I was in need of few items on Sunday a little bit after 5pm. I drove to the store and I got there five minutes before 6pm. I walk inside the store. The door wasn’t locked and there were two ladies on Sunday 1217 2023 of the ladies told me the store is close. I told her I had two minutes just to pick up some color. No the store is closed they were people still shopping at the store so The register wasn’t close To avoid issues with this cashier, which is one of the big ladies at this place, I decide to walk away Right after I left, the lady sent the other lady to standby the door to not let anyone go into the store I was only asking for two minutes. This big lady was rude and not friendly at all to tell me that the store was about to be closed and they were just waiting for the last costumers to made it to the register so they can check out them. I know was there with a little time but I di explained to her that I was going just to pick up some color.

They'll tell you that part of your online order isn't on their system. They'll tell you to buy it while your there so you have to buy your products twice. They'll happily give you the run around. They'll happily cancel your order without your permission or talking to you about it. Just so they can try to cover up them or an employee trying to scam you out of more money . They are also more than happy to be rude during the hole exchange too.
