Well I was in need of few items on Sunday a little bit after 5pm. I drove to the store and I got there five minutes before 6pm. I walk inside the store. The door wasn’t locked and there were two ladies on Sunday 1217 2023 of the ladies told me the store is close. I told her I had two minutes just to pick up some color. No the store is closed they were people still shopping at the store so The register wasn’t close To avoid issues with this cashier, which is one of the big ladies at this place, I decide to walk away Right after I left, the lady sent the other lady to standby the door to not let anyone go into the store I was only asking for two minutes. This big lady was rude and not friendly at all to tell me that the store was about to be closed and they were just waiting for the last costumers to made it to the register so they can check out them. I know was there with a little time but I di explained to her that I was going just to pick up some color.

They'll tell you that part of your online order isn't on their system. They'll tell you to buy it while your there so you have to buy your products twice. They'll happily give you the run around. They'll happily cancel your order without your permission or talking to you about it. Just so they can try to cover up them or an employee trying to scam you out of more money . They are also more than happy to be rude during the hole exchange too.

I just visited this location again since March, and omg, it's under new management or something because it's a totally new staff and vibe!The staff is super knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. The store is more organized and clean.The new manager created a seamless experience for me and my daughter as we prep for a mini spa day at home.I will definitely go back to this location more often now. And shout out to the new manager for doing an amazing job!

Girl who worked there was nice however she insisted I give my email and phone number. I told her my email is full I cannot receive new emails from SALLY and she says “they NEVER email you, I promise.” Girl I’ve gotten 4 emails and that was 2 days ago! And they sold my email to other people bc Budget is emailing me too now?! Dang it. They got me. HATE that they have my phone number too

Online it says they close at 8 but this is the second time I've tried to come and they have a sign on the door saying they're closing at 6 today. It's clear this store has poor management and staffing issues if they can't bear to stay open for the last 2 hours.

Let me start off by giving a shout out to the manager Shay and her associate with the red hair whose name I unfortunately did not get. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and were very patient and polite!Unfortunately, nowadays I've become accustomed to Sally's corporation being completely unorganized and extremely understaffed. I understand staffing issues are hitting all of America and especially the retail sector because unfortunately corporations aren't willing to pay their staff appropriately for the amount of stress their job involves. Sally's beauty has become such a hot mess and continues to go even more downhill, especially since the pandemic. The communication between corporate and stores is lacking and it shows. I don't understand why I can't just walk into a Sally's and not have something come up in terms of incorrect pricing, unfamiliar promotions, old inventory, and in my case today, useless gift cards.If it wasn't for the occasional great promotion, I would have stopped shopping at Sally's many issues ago.Please get it together Sally's!Sincerely,Everyone

Poorly run Sally’s. Business hours clearly say open at 10 AM on Saturday’s yet this location is still closed 20 minutes past 10.

If I could them zero stars I would. Arrived at this particular location at 7:01pm, the sign on the front door clearly states the store is open until 8pm. So WHY is the store closed, the least they can do is respect peoples time.

It's the best sally's place in all Austin Area, the beauty assistant was very kind and help me with everything I need it. 100% recommended
