I came to this store with an online purchase eligible for return- it was a very tricky one! There were some technical difficulties. The team member on staff that day went above and beyond to try and help me accomplish this return, even vouching for me as a customer while on the phone with IT. She genuinely wanted to help and was supported. I am appreciative. Great customer service!

This Sally’s has cancelled my online orders 3 times and every time I go in there the employees are rude I used to work there and know how online orders work and I was told each time that the system “cancelled” my order then I was told they seen the order but it “disappeared” on there system and when I used work there we would call customer service to figure out what happened and the last time the customer service said I would get my refund back and I didn’t because of the issue with the order and they told me the issue was the same as this time that it was “cancelled” and “disappeared” on there end. I better get my refund this time because the company is keeping my money and not doing anything to give it back. I’m done with Sally’s for awhile and maybe forever because I’m tired of the rudeness and the way things are ran at Sally’s I should’ve known after my experience working there.

I went here they had a sign on the door that said be back in one hour didn’t have the time that they left. Nothing like that. Just be back in an hour girl it’s 1:35…..Did you leave 30 minutes ago or did you leave in 45 minutes ago or 15 minutes ago was five minutes ago.Get it together.

I was there yesterday about 3:30 pm, l spent $60, the cashier was a white young woman, and she was very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She also said they don't have any bags , so I had to carry 4 liters of conditioners by hand , and my fingers are messed up . She also was not wearing a name tag , and refused to give me her name. l've been shopping at Sally's for so many years, but l will never go back to this location again.

Sally Beauty Supply is dosen't have any products that you can use more than like once. I have a Cosmetology Livense from Artojo in Soho in New York, but I can't buy anything good enough to actually ise. A nice lady showed me the Icy White toner Ion makes but I really csn't stand Ion products. It's really not cool. I did use Arctic Fox and it was okay but I don't want to be abused. I don't believe in that. I don't do that. That isn't what I'm about. If someone tries to tell you they are abusing you because there are other people that get abused and why should anything be different for you, that person is oppressing you and probsbly hurting other women and children. Please het those a holes away from me. I will never believe in that. That's the kind of thing a wanna be pimp would say. Literally disgusting. No. Tell the police. I want to go home.

As soon as we walked to the store we were greeted by saying (lady with black long hair) "oh that's too many people" (4 adults and 2 kids) I'm still not sure if there is a limit of how many guest can enter or why the unnecessary comment but i didnt see any signs indicatingonly certain people can enter, asked the lady for help to find a product she showed to me and when I asked if she had a different type she responded "I showed you this because this is what you asked for" I still Apologized told her I just wanted to see other options as well. Then we were told my kids were playing with a nail polish. I am not a mom who let the kids run around and they know not to play with things but I thought I might of missed that we never saw them and they were right next to me.,She proceeded to say that now they have to trash it we offer to pay for it but she just kept complaining. Not sure what her deal was but right from the beginning she offered such a bad customer service with her comments.

Went in to get hair dye for myself and my boyfriend and Tony was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the products and options for the project. Helped me find the right toner and even recommended a dye! I'm super grateful and definitely will come back to this store.
