The ladies there are always attentive and helpful.The store is one of the cleanest and best organized.I typically know what I'm looking for and the employees will suggest better and more efficient brands to use.

They were so sweet and helpful! I came in after I had just gotten my hair done from brunette to blonde and all the employees went out of their way to help me find what I needed and told me how beautiful I looked. Sweetest people ever.

They randomly close the store whenever they want, they open whenever they want, the manager is rude as soon as you walk in. Bad bad vibes all around.

I hope they are hiring, because as a stylist this is one of the reasons why I don't deal with "Sally", the fact that every time I've gone within this past month which is like 4 they have had a damn hand made sign in the door saying they are closed, system down blah blah blah! Like come on y'all need to fix that s**** if you need staff then hire them! It's a big inconvenience and will not recommend going wast of gas!

Due to constant staffing issues this particular location closes on surprising occasions often. I shop at Sally's due to the convenience of having a beauty store close by. They aren't the cheapest option when it comes to products and at least for this location not the most reliable either when it comes to hours. I suggest trying Armstrong or a different Sally's location before depending on this Lakeline location.

Would've been nice if they kept open according to their posted hours. I got there before 5:30pm and it was closed, even tho it's posted open until 6pm

Their hours everywhere online state they are open until 8pm when in fact they close at 6pm according to the note card sized sign in their door. They’re not even open for a full eight hours. Trash.

I've had two AMAZING experiences in this store in the past year. The most recent time I went, two different employees gave me incredible advice about curly hair products. They connecting me to the perfect products for my hair within just a few minutes.

I had a great experience i found everything I was looking for and more. The manager came out to help and she helped me understand the products I was purchasing. And truth she had excellent customer service very polite. If correct her name was Ava. But thanks for the best

Awful customer service! You can tell the manager hates her job by the way she is dismissive and rude towards her customers. I had to call customer service because she refused to honor a "flash sale" email I received that was for in-store and online use, claiming the code did not work which may be true but if that was the case any capable manager should know how to do a manual price override or at the very least reach out to technical support, I shouldn't have to be the one to do that.

there were 2 employees in the store and no customers besides us. we were there for about 30 mins; at no point were we greeted or asked if we needed help finding anything. So much so that to look up the price for an item we started messing around with the register ourselves trying to scan it. The employees were in the back wandering the aisles. When one of them heard the beeping from the register thats when she finally came to help us.

Bought a product on sale 7/21 that was damaged upon opening, went to exchange on 7/25 and despite it being sold damaged, the sale price was not honored and I had to pay the difference. I was not very thrilled about the lack of accountability on the company's side for the product quality oversight and not honoring the purchase price when I had to exchange due to their oversight. Be aware if purchasing from here to check your products before you buy them if they are on sale or you could get screwed over by it, too.

This Sally’s is awful. They seldom have the products you want. They aren’t knowledgeable. Don’t bother going here if you’re a person of color. The inexperienced employees track you like your going to steal.
