Anmar is a delight to work with. He's always got a smile on his face and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help you and your vehicle out. Yesterday, I dropped by to have him check out a strange metallic clicking noise on the left side of my old truck and he diagnosed that there was a broken valve stem inside my wheel. While he doesn't work on tires, his clue led me back to my tire shop where I got it all cleared up. He's earned my trust and loyalty over this past year and I don't hesitate at all to refer my friends to him.. except occasionally I worry that he'll be too busy someday soon...

So so glad I found this place! After my last oil change at the dealership, they didn’t put the splash guard back properly and it came loose and started dragging on the road. I found Sam’s Auto Care and they were able to repair it that same afternoon. They are friendly and efficient and won’t try to over charge you. Amazing experience!

I really enjoyed my time here which is not something I can say when it comes to car repair shops. Anmar is friendly and straightforward. I walked in yesterday and he didn’t have space so he told me to come today. I arrived and he remembered exactly what I needed fixed and figured it out within 5 minutes.

Anmar is one of my favorite men in Austin—no exaggeration. Over the years I’ve been coming to him for auto help I’ve gotten to know how kind, capable and professional he is as a mechanic & a manager. The team at Sams has done everything from engine repair and complex diagnostic to replacing the front under cover in 10 minutes. In addition to being efficient, they’re very affordable. I can’t tell you how much it means to know he’s got my back and I can drive precious cargo around with confidence. South Austin is so lucky to have these gentlemen!

I've been here twice now and both times received exceptional service. Had to get a new radiator and temperature gauges for my older car and both times they were transparent and fair with pricing and my car was done in 1-2 days. Will be back for any other issues.
