I watched a male employee leave the large restroom stall & not wash his hands. Time to remind your employees to wash their hands.

When I say I love my local Sams Club, for real I do. They are always nice and the best part of each visit is the self checkout on my cell with gas and grocery's -never pulling out my card.

The top priority here at this Sam's club was to discriminate against me and attack me as a conservative. From the first interaction where one of the "associates" requested I divulge my disability to when the "manager" came up with a sherrif to escort me off the premise. How come there is a Sheriff there in the first place? Why is a Travis County Sheriff at a sam's club working instead of out in the community fighting crime? An ordinance is not a law. Pretty confusing. I have names and will be attempting fo find this out too. When I explained I didn't need to explain my disability the first "associate" turned and walked off. I continued on with my business...going there EARLY in the morning as to not bother people. Then the apparent manager and this POC (pc right) sheriff came up and told me that I needed to wear the mask. I told t hem I had a disability. They told me they would accommodate me by my ordering online and they would shop for me. Well I had only gone out to get some turkey and look for a few things I didn't have a list. It was clear to me what this situation was ... I noticed that when the "manager" and sheriff were walking me out there were other "employees" raising their fists in the air. At this point we know exactly what that means right. I have now gone to their corporate office. We will see what they do. I doubt much since it is clear where Sam's club stands with this. Shame on Sam's club and this particular one and anyone that follows suit. Hope the loss of business hits home real good.

have shopped at sams club nearly 30 with a paid membership today i was accosted by two women and escorted out by a constable..i guess instead of telling them i have an exemption with my disability i should have responded to their question “what is your disability” with “I was brutally raped with a hand over my mouth would you like to hear more?” maybe i should have screamed that loud and proud but i dint act like a terrorist like they are. shame on sams club and rachel and sedona the “managers” there and tanya nixon the “constable” i duty...for their behavior. explain to me exactly how a constable can be working for sams club or did these clearly lonely hate filled managers call them first thing in the morning when no one was there bothering no one but them. sams club you have lost my business.

I had a chance to deal with two employees from Sams club. Maurice (the GM) and Kristine(the morning register clerk). Their customer service was amazing and they went out of there way to help my family out during our shopping day at Sams club. Thank you for all your help.

its ridiculous that they only have one cashier for the entire store. the line is long and they aren't doing anything about it. they don't care if customers has to wait for long periods of time it's insane

While all the news keep showing people fighting at stores over food, toilet paper.. etc. Their is still out there people that are kind and are willing to go the extra mile. Late yesterday afternoon I went to Sam’s at Lakeline to get some steaks for dinner as my son was coming home from TTU, the meat department was out of absolutely all their meat. One of the employees from the meat department saw me and came to the window and asked me if their was something he could help me w

Late yesterday afternoon I went to Sam’s at Lakeline to get some steaks for dinner as my son was coming home from TTU, the meat department was out of absolutely all their meat. One of the employees from the meat department saw me and came to the window and asked me if their was something he could help me with. I told him I needed at least one rib eye for my son that was coming home tonight from college. He went to the back and came back and said we don’t have any meat left. He was very apologetic said they were out, but I could come in the morning they were expecting a shipment, I said oh no! I need at least one steak for tonight. I told him I wanted to make a special dinner for my son to welcome him home. This kind Sam’s employee then said you know let me check then he came back with a package with 3 steaks and said I have a package here I had set aside I was taking home to my parents it has 3 steaks, I can keep two for my parents and I’ll give you one for your son. I can not explain in words how this act of kindness made me feel. Of course I told him no, I told him this is nicest gesture of kindness. I told him you go home and enjoy dinner with your parents. My son can wait for his steak. He was so kind just to offer his steak so my son would have a special dinner not even ever meeting me or knowing my son. Kindness and love is out there. Be kind to each other, this Sams employee at Lakeline deserves praise. He has a big ❤️!
