This used to be put absolute favorite store. Since they have went to only one cashier it has went totally down hill. The line can be 10 deep and the don't even ask for help. My husband refuses to go through self check out since Sam's does not pay our salaries. He also refuses to take away anymore jobs but this is getting ridiculous.

You can't beat the gas prices! I only paid $8 for a years membership! Good selection inside but I'm single so I don't shop inside much. It's like buying in bulk so I only buy things paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

I've never had an issue with this location. Their cafe is super cheap and yummy. I take advantage of their produce section the most, I save soooo much by buying produce in bulk (since I eat TONS of fruits & veggies week). I really like the scan and pay on your phone feature, it lets me skip the checkout lines. Super convenient. The lines for gas at this location though, are pretty crazy. Sometimes there are so many cars in line for gas it causes a traffic jam.

Susan the old lady checking cards at the front is so unprofessional and rude. My family all went inside, mother showing her membership card and letting her know I was coming in with the cart and she stopped this busy line and angrily said where is the card and my mother said I just showed you and said he's with us. She again repeated "I don't care I need to see the card" and we repeated saying we had already shown her while grabbing the card anyway. Very disappointing in this service usually Sam's has great service. It's not like my mother was hard to remember she wears a neck brace so there was no need for Susan to be angry

I took a chance to have my items delivered. Everything was packaged very well. I even purchase fruits and vegetable. There was not one bruise or bad spots on the fruits and vegetable. Whoever picked out my items did a get job. Thank you

This location does not care about their employees at all. They closed the tire and battery shop for no good reason at all. Except the managers need to get their crap together. Expecting customers to be able to wait while they take their sweet time helping the crew with whatever it is. Will never come here again. Fired all of their good employees because the managers don't know wtf they are doing with their lives and/or job. I blame every higher up for not giving tire and battery crew the proper training to do anything, they have to learn how to do everything themselves. They also expect the tire and battery crew to do everything else that's doesn't include that. Why are they hired for that job if they aren't even doing that job. Then get mad at them for getting behind or having to do what's possible just to get by. They don't have anyone in charge in that department. This sams club needs to get it together.

I like this Sam's location for the most part. The entry person has been cold a few times, but the rest of the employees are nice. I really like the scan n go feature on the App, Easy checkout & gone. The gas station has good prices & flows pretty well. All in all, a clean, nice place to shop!

Employees in the tire center are always difficult. It seems to be that way with most tire businesses. Failure to air up tire, calling it a hazard. If I had money to replace it, I would ask you to replace it. Failure to put valve stem caps on. Failure to secure center hub on rim. It's gone now. If your membership has expired, guess what? They aren't going to return or warranty anything, including tires.

My mother and I shop here monthly spending hundreds of dollars. My mother is 84 yrs old and worked for Sam's in the late 90's early 2000's for 14 years. She saw an item of nuts that had the packaging damaged on the floor and asked an associate " James" if there could be a possible discount, he said .. sure just tell them at the front I said 25% off. We started going through the checkout and my mother .. who again is 84 years old.. spent 5-7 minutes with a middle aged male employee " verifying" this was true as " James" was no longer on the clock. Number 1 this is exactly what is wrong with our society today when an elderly grandmother is looked upon with distrust instead of respect from a man who works for a corporation and is battling a $4-5 dollar discount off an item that will not sell. Number 2 ... if you have an associate that says it's 25% off.. honor your co workers whether they are still on the clock or not. Number 3 RESPECT YOUR ELDERS!!!

I was interested in getting a membership, but wanted to look around to see if it was worth it for me. I was told at the door they didn't allow anyone to come in to look. I'll pass on the membership and go to Costco instead.

Extremely rude and angry bulldyke supervisors at this location. I own multiple properties in the Austin Market place with assets in my portfolio in the seven figures, yet treated like a criminal at this store. Closing my membership after 21 years of being a loyal customer.

Nicest Sams Club I have ever been to! staff is so friendly and helpful. Love that I can get everything I need in once place and they have alot of fun things for the holidays right now which is a bonus ! I do wish they would have more cashiers vs having the customers ring in there own item this really does away from the customer service that we love when we get to the check out and I vote for more gluten free/vegan/dairy free options.
