Always greeted with kindness. This Sam's Club is always clean. Appreciate the options. We love that we can scan while we shop via their App Top notch! We had a membership with Costco however we canceled it because we loved the App Scan & Go because the lines were always long so we saved a bunch of time. Woot woot!

My favorite Sam's Club location. I also have another big store membership that I use far less often just because it is so very crowded. My favorite thing about this Sam's is how easy it is to navigate. It is never too crowded and I don't have to worry about being too close to other people during this time of social distancing. My number one favorite things and piece of advice is to use the Sam's Club app to do scan and go. You can literally scan all of your items as you go, pay in two seconds on the app, and go to the checkout. No waiting in line or interacting with people unnecessarily.

Great service here. There never seems to be a wait when I stop by for batteries and hearing aid cleaning services. I can get in to see Moria very quickly for adjustments. Love that I saved money buying from Sams!

I have had some good experience at tire center , very helpful technician. I have to highlight couple of incidence that makes to give hem this rating.. 1: they would never hesitate to prorate the depreciation of the tires if they wore out too soon. 2: today one of their technician Patrick went out of the way to squeeze in installation of a battery in the middle of their packed schedule to save my day. He deserves a "go beyond" award. Due to company policy I couldn't tip him... but I owe him this review! 3: I love sams club's automatic check out ; in the days of corona anxiety it's the easiest way to get ur things and buzz out of the store without additionql anxiety to the environment around. Wish more stores learnt this for sams.

What's your vision of curbside pickup? At this Sam's, they seem not to get it. I ordered two days in advance and had a scheduled curbside pickup time. I was exactly on time for my appointment. I was told by the outside "greeter" to pull up at the full loading dock and go inside the store. Instead I found a nearby parking spot, and got on the phone. After an initially misdirected call, I got through to Membership Services after a lengthy hold. The conversation went something like "So you ordered curbside delivery and don't want to come into the store." "That's correct." Back on hold for 11 minutes. Eventually I spotted an employee exiting with my order, but the drive-up area was blocked by in-store shoppers loading for convenience. Before I could pull nearby, he threw his hands up in the air in disgust. I honked, and pulled up. I rolled down and told him "Thank you!" before he began. He pretty much threw things in the trunk, shoving aside the cooler for the frozen and refrigerated items. I still politely rolled down and thanked him again at the end. Methinks they don't really understand curbside.

Everyone at the pharmacy is very helpful. I am very grateful for all the help and information to help me navigate my husband’s medical needs. Lauren, the pharmacist is amazing.

For the second week in a row, I was charged for items I didn't get in my concierge order. I got a refund last week but had to return to the store the next day to get it. This time, I checked my order before I left and realized I'd only received on of something when I'd ordered multiples. I went back and got my missing item and another item they had but the shopper ignored. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized I'd been charged for two boxes of candy when I ordered and got one. Now I have to go back, and the store is nasty about coming to the curb to take my card. I use concierge to stay out of the store, and I have to go inside to correct the shopper's mistake. Also, last week I asked for a manger to call. Never did. Not great customer service.

We pay money to shop here, so why are we sold off as a captive audience to the Cable Guy, and the Siding Guy, and the Solar Guy - to be accosted by these people every time we come to the store. "Are you going to do your roof next, or your windows?", they ask, trying desperately to engage and waste my time. So he's paying to stand there and sell, and I'm paying for the privilege of being his captive audience? That is a sorry way to treat customers. I've been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years - wondering whether it's worth it. At Target, nobody is pestering me to buy cable or siding.

They are still stocking up because idiots can’t control themselves and panic buy. Had issues with the app as they have issues with it during this time. I had to go to the register because I bought two packages of meat and two cases of water.

Management needs to know about the rude guy that is located at the exit with "Special Services". As I walk by, he ask me when I had had my roof etc. replaced and I told him that my house was relatively new and kept walking. He then said "how new"? I told him 2014 and I am showing my receipt to lady at exit door and he rudely shouts, "that's not new!"
