To get a hot dog, you have to order through the app. Silly since the lady behind the counter wasn’t doing anything. I am not going to spend the 5 minutes to do this. Yes, it’s only 5 minutes, but it’s not worth my time.

Normally I'm happy going here but today there were multiple signs with incorrect pricing, one saying steaks were $11.98/lb, but all the packages were $12.98/lb. When I asked the butcher he said well someone forgot to take the sign down as that changed Thursday. I asked if he could honor the price and he said no. It was also dirtier than normal, and I had to dig for packages not opened. I usually like this location over the others but if this is going to be the new norm I'll try other locations.

I have been a loyal customer for about 7 years now. I went in today and used the scan and Go app and I was scammed. Took $685 out of my card. I would definitely not be renewing my membership next month. I also will like for anyone who uses a scan and go. Just know that you might get scammed. Their security is not very secured I've tried calling corporate. Have not been able to speak with anyone. They told me to come back within five business days. Please be careful when using, scan and go

I left the Sam's Club. 805pm.
A couple come out after me and load their car. I spent over $400. ( i love the new register allowing me to split payments, i had to use 3 credit cards...) I haven't been in a month... After the man unloaded, he started coming my way approaching me. Mouthing to me... luckily the cart attendant walked up. It scared the ppl away. I have never been approached for any reason in a Club parking lot... Thank You for being their. I was definitely put off. Feeling vulnerable...
He was too busy being mad that I was using the cart at 815 and they close at 8pm to care. But I thanked him .

Most staff should check their ego, they sit there flirting with each other and finish convos before helping customers. They are even sizing up customers and degrading their appearance and habits like it is a game. You disappoint representing a strong work force. Why look down and degrade people who pay a membership fee too shop and act like you are in a position of power. Our members keep this going. Costco might be better.

Pay attention if you are waiting for your order and they keep passing you to tend to everyone else. I noticed this and asked the worker and he laughed at me and said we don’t have it before I even finished asking. I then said are you serious? You passed me that many times and did not let me know. You did not have the item. How long were you gonna let me sit there for his reply was I don’t know maybe when it gets canceled I didn’t ask. Why didn’t you come and tell me this at least tell me that you don’t have it so I can proceed I was there a long time and he cursed at me.

I went early, just after opening. No crowd, no waiting, no nothing. Here is my problem with Sam's. They make you check yourself out then, don't trust that you did it right.

Worst place to deliver, i have an appointment at 4am, employees inside playing loud music while i was outside rung the bell, followed the instructions by the QR's code, call the store, no one answer, so I walked to front looked inside and almost all of their employees were having their airpods on and no one ever notice that im outside asking for help.

How sad that a Hispanic woman is at the door, she lets the gueros pass without asking anything, only the Hispanics are asked to show their membership card, yes I know it is a requirement and that is what she is there for, the question is why? The güeros are not asked for it, and the Hispanics are?
