I went today and purchased a gazebo! They told me to pay and wait outside by Resiving! That it was going to take about 20 minutes! 1 hour later no one came out. I went back inside and they told me that nobody there was able to help me that I had to wait 2 more hours into somebody else’s shift start! Make me lose all morning for no reason!

The food court at this location sucks. They make you order through the app, it sucks bc older people probably don’t know how to order on the app and it’s just sad. I always go to the San Marcos location and I’ve never heard of that. They need to fix this situation. 😡😡😡 DO BETTER!!!!

I visited this location yesterday January 15, 2025. I went to the food area to purchase hot food. For the individuals that haven't been to purchase hot food. They no longer accept cash. Sam's club took out the registers.
You'll have to screen there QR CODE that is there near the hot food area. Once you're in the scan and go application within the Sam's club App. You'll order and pay through the app. We had a large pizza to go. And the pizza made is now thin form.
A lot of Sam's club customers went to order food. And when they realized that it's a process they left.
We were asking for how long this has been happening with ordering of the food. None of the Sam's club employees could give an answer.

The kind of customer service on the part of some employees is unfortunate. I think they need more training in customer service because regardless of nationality, no one gets anything for free. I usually shop in the Brodie area for the same reason, but sometimes being Near this store it is more convenient for me although it is difficult to pay in cash because there is only one cash register open to pay and with long lines, my sister who was visiting from NC went shopping accompanied by her husband and brother and at the door they told her that they couldn't share a card, she was disappointed in the The way she was treated felt discriminated against.

The food court has changed, the quality of your hot dogs has gone down. The buns fall apart and the Winnie doesn't taste the same.
Now you have to scan your order. THAT SUCKS!!!😡
You have lost a customer unless you go back to the way it was!!

Was in there in on January 3, 2024 and got some of the Culinary Cowgirls Lone Star Queso, 32 oz. I opened it tonight to eat and it is bad. The worse part is i got 2 of them and both of them were bad, had to throw both of them out. Please check the stock on these so no one else has a bad experience on their supper plans.

Let me tell you something, Sam’s price is not good, only save $1 or less compare to HEB. Not many products. There are no samples (shocking). Line for hotdog is crazy long and slow. They really have outdated system for ordering. Take your money to Costco!
