I will be cancelling my membership to Sam's. They require you to have the mobile app for everything. I went in with my Sam's card and debt card to get a pizza and drink for lunch and the guy behind the counter told me that the no longer use the register and I have to use the app. I dont always have my phone on me. This is stupid and it forces you to attach your card to another app. If they get hacked they are going to be like well you agreed to the terms and conditions so there is nothing we can do to help you. This needs to change.

Do not buy yogurt from the cafe place I went to get one and there’s was an eyebrow hair in it and when I went back the guy just gave me another one no questions asked n as I was almost finishing the one he had given me for 2time there was another eyebrow hair to clear up it wasent on top but inside the ice cream swirl.

Only came here for the café and now you have to order through the app. I don’t know why you just can’t accept cards up there. I rarely came here for the shopping but the café was just an excuse to shop in there, it was my only reason to go in and now I won’t be going back.

My mother tried to return an item at a south location that was purchased less than a week ago and a store closer to her home they said to take it to the club she purchased it from so she did and they said they wouldn’t take the return and the item wasn’t open. We asked to the manager and a short balding man named Jose was rude to us and would not budge even though the item was unused. Perhaps he shouldn’t be a manager if he doesn’t know how to speak to customers and problem solve. We’ll be cancelling our membership and taking our business to Costco!

After getting gas on a cold day my car battery decided to stop working. I went to the automotive department and they were so helpful to come to the gas station and charge my car battery to get me going. I was able to go in and purchase a brand new battery instead of just a car charger. Much appreciation all around service.

Why did they do this? My 84 year old grandmother came up to me in utter disbelief and embarrassment because she wanted to buy a slice of pizza and was told she needed to use their QR code to buy one. She doesn’t have a smart phone, and surely doesn’t know how to use an app.

Walmart/Sam’s club continues to alienate their customers by switching to a QR code system in order to divert customers from buying food from the cafe, I saw multiple people walk away once they saw they couldn’t use the physical card Sams club issued them. This company is garbage! I really feel bad for the older customers that aren’t great with technology.

The store was clean and well-maintained, and the Saturday crowd was manageable, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. Unfortunately, our experience was diminished by a staff member who was unexpectedly rude.

Sam’s Club needs to screen their vendors better. I signed up with CINCH HOME SERVICES at this store and it turned out to be one of the worst business experiences of my life. It took me over a year to cancel, completely exhausting. Meanwhile they just kept taking money out of our account, CINCH HOME SERVICES ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Please do not sign up with them. Sam’s Club please do not let them in your stores again. CINCH took thousands of dollars from me and did nothing except give me stress.
