The staff at the self-checkout had a very rude attitude. I scanned my membership card but left my wallet in the car, so I asked the guest next to me if he could pay for me first and then I would send zelle back to him, if not I would have to go back to the parking lot to retrieve my wallet.The rude lady told me in a very rude and offensive tone that I was disturbing her guest.May I ask? Have I disturbed your guests simply by asking someone politely? As a membership card holder, am I no longer your guest? Does your staff discriminate against Asians? I don't want to argue with employees who are pregnant, but the attitude of another employee is really rude to me, without smiling or even mocking me, treating me like someone trying to cheat on someone else's membership card:)I really suggest everyone move to Heb, where you can scan the code and use Apple Pay on your own.

Messed up my curbside order had to drive all the way back to get them to get my order then made to wait no reimbursement for their mess up couldn’t even get a rep on the phone to help when I called.

Cafe food orders only through the app, can't just walk up and order a hot dog ! App are fine but don't penalize me for not using your app !

I definitely don’t get it, why if the store is open the cafeteria is not? The store close at 8pm but they decide to close the cafeteria at 7pm. For me doesn’t make any sense. I will get back to Costco once my membership expires

Plus Member services are not back yet, stores open late and close early. Unacceptable. How do you take care of your Advantage plus membership. HEB is open later than you. Sad day for those working late. 😥

Cafe is silly, can not order at Cafe. The only way to get food is to order on the app. No kiosk or cashier.

Not sure who cuts up your meat but I have been getting bone fragments in your pork chops and ground beef. Cracked a tooth and it was very painful! Please address this!

No one is in the Auto Department to answer the phone! Forcing you to drive to their store. Customer service makes excuses to why no one answers. Unprofessional for any company.

If the drinks are not available for the combos, you should at least be able to sub for another hot dog or something else. I do not want to waste time getting a refund for the drinks in member services.

I really wish they carried women's shoes in larger sizes. Only up to 10 is frustrating!

Their cafe is now mobile order only. I will not be renewing that is one of the few reasons I kept my membership going.

Sams taking away our option of using cash is ridiculous. Everyone should have the option of using their preferred method of pay.
