I called ahead to secure a unit, but due to delays, I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The CS agent Leah was super patient and even stayed late to resolve some unexpected issues with my unit. Prices are a bit high, but the customer service goes a long way for me.

Please go SOMEWHERE ELS, this please will Guaranteed to raise your unit price after the 4th month. And by A lot I went from 130$ to 220$ that is 90$ DIFFERENCE! I messaged them and all they said sorry we don’t control the prices ? Excuse me THATS 90$ difference! Really Disappointed

This place is the worst place ever. I canceled my storage 3 weeks ago but I still didn’t get my money back. Total scam. Do not put your money in.No reply on email,Callers are not consistent. No receipt for refund, all they say is that they will call back and send an email but I have never heard from them.

Initial phone consultation informative snd helpful. No cost reservation was offered to me for same day lease, so unit was held until my arrival. I was not aware this service was available but glad it was offered to me.Upon arrival, Onsite associate very knowledgeable & helpful, answered all my questions. Entire process was easy and was handled professionally. Very happy with the transaction.
