Don't like how they raise the price of their unit every couple of months. They raised the price 4 months after I moved in. 10 months later they are raising the price again.

I never imagined I’d find myself needing a storage unit because life turned upside down, but that’s exactly what happened. In the middle of a sudden move, feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what my next step would be, I walked into Public Storage with a car full of boxes and a heart full of stress. I was honestly on the verge of tears.

But more than that, the team made me feel seen. They checked in, remembered my name, and treated me like a person — not just a customer.
Public Storage gave me room to breathe while I put the pieces of my life back together. I’ll never forget how supported I felt during one of the hardest moments I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to Nikki, for always making my day easier. Management in general is really good there, but Nikki is PHENOMENAL; she keeps that place in check, and always has a smile on her face.

I can’t thank management enough. We had a family emergency and Richard went above and beyond to help my elderly parents get it figured out and meanwhile offered empathy. He didn’t have to go above and beyond to reassure us in a time of need but the kindness that he showed gave me faith in humanity. What a great person. Highly recommend.
