I’ve been a long time Sephora customer in different countries (Paris, Singapore, LA, etc). They always have helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming staff which is what keeps me coming back. But not in this store, the girl was not helpful to me. She approached to other customers to help but acted bothered when I asked; couldn’t find the product; didn’t know what brands they had in store; no response when I said thank you a few times; in the end she asked for a discount code I never received when there were signs of 20% off for BeautyInsider(which I am) everywhere in the store. Small things built up and finally I got upset because I literally called the store the day before to confirm the discount. That’s when it turned out she could just use a code of the store. Either she was new to the job or she just wanted to make things harder for me. Bad experience.

Victoria was super sweet and helpful! She was the only one working but assisted my mother and I with good recommendations.

They had only one person working there to run the register and walk around the store to answer questions.. waited 10min for her to help check us out only to tell me that can’t do card look up but i can get my Sephora points if i want them? Totally waste of time.

Don't even bother shopping at this location because they have no idea what they are doing or how to work a register correctly. Spent $40 on a conditioner that absolutely turned my hair into straw. I wanted to return it a few days after getting it. Gave them all of my info, my email, the card I paid with, showed them my beauty insider account where it confirms my purchase. The girl kept talking to me like I had a sudden case of amnesia and didn't remember what location I got it out even though I've only shopped here once in my life. There's no possible way. She wouldn't return it. Wouldn't help me. Wouldn't look at my beauty insider. All over a register error. Now I'm stuck with the dumbest conditioner I've ever bought in my life. Plus being talked to like I'm an idiot the entire time and probably just confused on my info?? Girl byeee. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Had a great experience with Jordan. She was very educated on color matching and helped me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone. The store was well stocked. I’m very impressed!!

The associates at this location were not helpful at all. They even discussed in detail about what I was wearing ( I guess to “keep an eye on me”), which felt like racial profiling.. After the girl was told that; She kept coming around me pretending to put things back or pick up things , yet didn’t say hi or offer any help at all. My mom and I were looking for foundation shades, and had been in there for more than 30 minutes, trying to find the best shade for us both. They completely ignored us, and helped another customer… which of course she didn’t look anything like us, so they must’ve been happy to help her instead.. During check out the lady that rung us up was dismissive, and the younger associate had a really funky attitude; Was blatantly rude with every intention on making it known that she didn’t want to help us or even acknowledge our presence.

Didn’t have a great experience both times I came here. The associates aren’t very helpful. What struck me this last time that I was there, while I was helping my self I felt like I was being watched. Then I noticed the other people there were not being watched, only me. So I thought that was strange
