Requested some help, finally Karina/ Kenyan helped. Would have been better to have no help, condescending attitude. Never again.

Came to this sephora in hopes of finding a skin care routine for myself ( I have dry skin) and while I was looking in the skin care section I was approached by Rowan. She helped me so much by giving me all the facts and details about the products she was recommending me. Purchased 5 items and it was totally worth the buy. THANK YOU ROWAN !!!!

My teenage daughter and her friend decided to go on an outing after a rough past few months, and chose to go to Sephora. Normally, we go to the one at the domain, but we had to run errands over in the area, so we decided to go to this location instead. Needless to say, we will not be going back. When we entered, we were greeted, and the store was very clean and organized, but after looking around for a while, the beauty advisor, which I will have remain anonymous, was glued to my daughter. My daughter specifically asked for non-skincare products, as she has sensitive skin. The beauty advisor proceeded to give us a free cleansing balm, and while appreciated, we were not looking for that. The main event that frustrated my daughter was when she was looking for a highlighter that wasn’t overly expensive in one section of the store. The beauty advisor took her over to Charlotte Tilbury after my daughter asked if they had anything similar, due to being out of the shade she wanted from that brand. She recommended a highlighter, and placed it in my daughter’s hand. My daughter asked how much it was, and she hesitated to tell her. It was $50. My daughter explained that that was too expensive, and asked for a cheaper option. She gave her their cheapest one, which my daughter ended up buying. After repetitively asking if they were ready to check out, she took the girls over to her register at the front of the store. When it came time to pay, my daughter asked if she could pay cash. She said that they could only pay credit unless they went to the front, and scoffed when we told her that her friend was also paying with cash.
Sephora, please explain to your staff that they need to be less pushy. We understand that staff are required to help customers, but helping does not require pushing expensive products onto people (especially teenagers), unless the budget is specified. We are very disappointed. A happy, uplifting errand turned into a frustrating, bothersome experience

Something needs to be looked into in regards to the employed staff because people are going into the store to get gift cards to gift to people and when the people who were gifted these cards go into the store to purchase, the money is all gone…so something sketch is going on. When you get a gift card you are trusting the employee applying the balance onto that gift card, so you never assume otherwise. I wish there was a way to resolve this and to honor the gift card especially when something like this occurs unexpectedly. Again like I said as customers we trust the employees to apply the balance into these gift cards to gift to people and not end up stealing from us because sometimes they know people don’t use gift card right away so they find ways to be sneaky which is sad.

No greeted us upon entering the store. We were shopping for a full 5 minutes before anyone approached us and asked if we need help with anything and that was only after we had gotten a basket and started filling it with products. Finally, We we assisted by Daisy who was knowledgeable and accommodating. The end of this shopping experience was definitely better than it started. But I won’t be returning to this location.

If you want someone to help you shade-match your foundation, go to Clarissa! She’s super sweet and patient with you. Overall, the employees here are way friendlier and kinder than Ulta employees.

The staff was very helpful, and they made product recommendations. Most makeup items were available to try, and you can take a sample home to try out if you're not sure about them. They do not carry drugstore brands.
