One of my happy places. Super friendly staff, helpful even when I call to check stock before driving out there. Great selection. Just beware the brand reps pretending to offer suggestions then dragging you into their sales pitches. Happens about half the visits.

Hi, I want to clear that the store staff sellers and consumers service its really good team .
But …
They still to apply his own policy and improve in makeup services they
offer at the store because costumers we scheduled 📅 with time and we organized in base of what we scheduled let’s imagine the you have and important event today and you schedule a makeup with the professional expecting you will receive a good service but they cancel you no 24 hours before to give you the chance to organize yourself to do other plans in other place they just cancel you some hours later, I understand we are humans and we have unexpected emergencies but costumers we also have unexpected emergencies I consider they need to improve this area with advanced.
Because If you pay for a professional makeup and they charge you in advance to secure the place and you cancel them they charge you and it’s fair but when they cancel you they just don’t care and it’s not polite.

Had a great experience shopping for a perfume for my girlfriend at Sephora! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The associate who helped me was patient and recommended amazing options, and the cashier was very professional and kind. Excellent customer service all around!

Ari helped me and was super kind. She suggested I sign up and I got such a cool little birthday gift because of it. I usually don’t shop at Sephora, but because Ari was so sweet, now I will! Thank you!

Loveeeeee getting followed like a criminal here!!! Like damn I know I look poor and scraggly but let me spend my measly $50 in peace. Usually this store is chill and nice, that's why I came here instead of the one at the domain. Instead I got asked if I wanted a basket for the two things and my phone in my hand like 10 times and miss girl blocking the whole skincare section watching me like a hawk. So off-putting to be treated like that. Good thing there are like 4 other Sephora's in this city.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Lisa at this location today. While standing in line, I was asked by Lisa if I would be paying with a card. When I replied yes, she directed me to a side counter.
When I asked her to check my points, she huffed and abruptly informed me that I had 195 points. However, I realized I didn't have my card with me and politely informed her that I would pay with cash instead. She rudely called out, "YOU, come here" - a completely unacceptable way to address a customer.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Lisa's behavior fell far short of these expectations. I hope you will address this incident and ensure that your staff provides better service in the future.

I made an appointment for a focus area makeup application. I asked to do my eyes. Jasmine spent literally 5 mins applying eyeshadow on me and charged me $30. I was completely scammed. I did tell a manager before I left but they are young kids and pretty clueless. Save yourself the headache and do not consider Sephora for their services, they are not professionals.

These employees are rude and try to sale you things that you’re not even looking for to meet their “monthly whatever” I felt gross in here and like they’re all just watching you lol. Won’t be back!

Worst experience. Store was fairly empty and not one employee approached us. Instead they made us feel uncomfortable by heavily staring at us. I see why it’s empty now.

Me and my children went yesterday to this location. And many things were wrong. First on Google hours it says that the Sephora does not close till eight. But we had multiple employees telling us to get out soon because it closes at seven. This affected my shopping experience in a negative way because I was rushed out of the store. When I got to the checkout counter. I was going to use a gift card. This gift card had about $25 on it. I had never used it, but when they scanned it, the employee said there was no money on it. The employee rudely handed back my gift card. So you just lost a customer Sephora now I’m only shopping at Ulta. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn’t even respect me. Also, all of the employees were very annoyed with me because I was there around closing, but it’s their responsibility. They kept giving my children and I rude side looks, or what my child call them side eyes. I hope everyone there can improve.

The customer service here is disappointing; I've purchased 2 cans of Amika's Perk Up dry shampoo in the smallest size (1.8oz) and both times the cans have broken and all the product hissed out. Both times I brought the faulty cans back to the store just to be told there was nothing at all that could be done. I just wish the employees here were more accommodating after I'd spent $40+ on faulty products from their shelves. Shoutout to Amika's customer service, who were able to give a discount on my next order directly from them.

Shout out to Vi! She was so sweet and helpful. I tried the face scanning thing to match my skin. Which was really cool! I was very happy that she helped find the match that best suited my skin . Also, her opinion was very helpful and she gave great advice! Definitely would come back to this location again, I appreciate the great service <3 Maleya

I stopped this Sephora location (Arboretum at Great Hills Austin, Tx) to purchase a bottle of Rihanna Fenty perfume with a co-worker. When my co-worker and myself finished shopping around I headed up front to pay for my bottle of Fenty perfume. The sales associate, causaian guy rung up the lady in front of me and when it became my turn he left the cash register to go help someone else instead of telling me that he’ll “be right back”. I immediately left the store for this mistreatment. I refuse to spend my hard working money at a place that does not respect me. That is not how you treat a customer and I will not be returning to this location.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Selena that helped me out with finding a good skin care routine at this location. She was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding skincare lines and helped target my issues with products that would help long term. I don’t do this an often but she was just really awesome and helped me out so much!
