This location just needs taken care of more. I went to find a Dior lip and liner set and half the testers were gone. Then I somehow left the store with lipstick on my shirt and transferred into my car since they don’t clean it. I won’t be back. I’ll shop online or go to arboretum

Drove over a hour to this location because they had all the items I needed in stock. Ugh maybe I just picked the worst time but it was sooo busy! Like uncomfortable busy. The employees seemed annoyed/over worked. No one offered to help (not sure if they could if they wanted) people had kids running around spraying and touching everything. Everyone and their mom had some kind of dog (lots of barking) it was just hectic & not enjoyable. So many people that I couldn’t even get to some of the items I wanted. I ended not getting half of the items I wanted because I just wanted out of the store. Maybe on busier days they can incorporate some kind of line/system. I would have much rather waited outside for a little bit and entered as others left.

Too crowded with poor management, staff don’t even know where does line start or ends for cashier. Ended up leaving and buying the product in other place

0 stars! Jalissa sucks! Sephora if you're gonna hire people for a beauty and makeup store, at least teach them how to blend their eyebrows!!!

Anytime I go to return anything here they do their own “investigation” whether it’s a male or female. I have my receipt each time and because I too work in retail, before they even asked I told them I have not used the product, there was nothing wrong with it or that the product has not even been taken out the package but yet they double check. My receipt today was clearly time stamped for yesterday around 7 pm. The cashier proceeded to open everything that was originally not opened. After I told her I did not use it she questioned me again about if I used the product. I told her no it was not for me but it was a gift. I have never had this experience at any other Sephora only at this particular location. The return policy clearly states that even if you do use a product you are still able to return it, it’s common sense to just inform someone so it’s not placed back o ur on the floor. So I’m not sure why all the “extra” effort is being put forward during a return. If ULTA sold Fenty skincare I would not be a Sephora customer any longer and would gladly take my business to them.

I love Sephora and have been a long time rouge member, but somehow my last few experiences have not been great. I really enjoy looking around the store. Taking in all of the scents and all things new. Enjoying the smiles. This last visit while I was in line, a very well intended associate asked me how I was paying. I was really in a zone and actually next in line. She attempted to usher me two aisles over in the very crowded store - I lost her. This probably would have been a quicker transaction at a less busy time. It felt awkward, hectic and maybe unnecessary. There were so many things that went wrong. Blame it on Pluto? I don’t know. ButI decided to cancel the transaction. I stepped outside the store and placed an online order. Not the same of course, but I could go at my own pace. No offense to anyone, but we’re not all in a hurry. Read the room associates.

I was checking out at the main checkout today around 2:30pm today, and I noticed that my purchase had been rung up incorrectly - it was going to cost me $40 more than it should of because something was rung up twice. When I drew attention to the fact that the amount was higher than it should have been, the woman at the checkout just condescendingly said “well, it is Sephora, honey”. I had to push her to double check her work, and after a bit of pushing she realized her mistake. Her condescending and unprofessional attitude ruined my experience. I hope that nobody gets talked down to like that in the future, but that was not my experience. If “this is Sephora, honey”, maybe customers should go somewhere with more class.
The woman who checked me out at the register had long black hair she wore down, and lashes. I wish I could tell you her name, but she didn’t say.

I walked in with “one mission” to get a new foundation. I walked straight to miss Christina and asked if she could help me find a new product for my combo skin. She was so helpful and gave me some insight on some of her favorites. Christina was so sweet and her positive energy literally made day! TY for everything!
