My daughter was using the drunk elephant testers with permission and a lady came up to her and told her to stop. She only pumped one pump of the little flower moisturizer. This was a really unpleasant experience with me and my daughter. She now feels like she did something wrong, which I assure you, no other Sephora employee would say she did. I understand that many Sephoras get vandalized by children, but if it's that big of an issue, I don't understand why they can't just be taken away. Since children will be children, we can't expect them to not make a mess with fun pump toys.

If you need help finding your true shade or need a product recommendation, please ask for Victor! Best customer service I've ever receive! He came up to me when I was looking for a concealer and he truly consulted me on my everyday makeup style, what I was looking for in a product, what I've used, what I've been wanting to try, etc. and found a great product for me. After that I really felt comfortable asking him for more product recommendations and he even gave me a sample of a skin tint I've been wanting to try out before buying. You can tell he cares about helping customers and has a passion for makeup! Overall this location seems to have most tester products in stock which is great. Nice to walk around when not busy but can see an issue with getting around if it's really busy.

This Sephora is usually hit or miss with their customer service. However, I went in yesterday and Samara helped me out and was so sweet and color matched me to some new items I needed. She was patient and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Huge shoutout to Samara, thank you! When I got to checkout, I asked to pick up my birthday gift and I chose the Charlotte Tilbury gift. However, the employee at the register refused and said I would need to use points to redeem the gift and that the Charlotte Tilbury set was not a birthday item. (See pic attached) It was frustrating to deal with her and her lack of knowledge and on Sephora's promotions.

We were in the Domain to shop at a different store but since we were already in the Domain, we decided to stop by the Sephora. I have been to Ulta, Sally Beauty, and the Georgetown Sephora multiple times and I have never had such a horrible experience in a beauty store like I had here.We came to this location on a Thursday evening in late December and even though Christmas was over, this Sephora was jam-packed. Obviously, the store cannot control how crowded their store is, but to make matters worse, the isles were very narrow. We were packed in like sardines. On top of that, this location had nothing I was looking for. I came into the store to buy three items. One item was completely sold out, one didn't come in the size I wanted, and the other wasn't being sold at the store at all despite being on the Sephora website. The line to check out was outrageously long. My family didn't buy anything and won't be shopping at this location again. They have definitely outgrown their location and should move to a shopping center with more space.

I gifted my mom a makeup lesson for Christmas. We were so lucky to get Avalon as our makeup artist! She is insanely talented and gave my mom a beautiful, natural look that will be easy for her to replicate. Avalon walked us through each step, explaining what she was doing and what products she was using. She was so kind and patient throughout the whole process, happily answering all of our questions. My mom was so happy and kept saying how beautiful she felt ❤️ I would 10000% recommend a lesson from Avalon and will be back myself to learn from her as well.

I shop at Sephora all the time and have never felt more profiled than I did at this location. I went with a friend an hour before closing because we knew what we wanted but also wanted to browse and look around. They asked If I needed help I said no multiple times. It was the same workers asking if I needed help over and over again. I was being watched the whole time I was there and that’s not a way to treat a customer if someone tells you no the first time why keep asking I clearly didn’t need help. Never returning to this location again

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Sephora location,I am a makeup girly and shop at Sephora very often it was my second time going to this location but it was definitely my last.Upon entering sephora me and my friend stopped by an hour before closing, we knew what we wanted we were also shopping for a new scent. From the moment I walked in we had 3 different employees stop by to ask us if we needed help. Every 10 seconds there was an employee walking by to stare us down- in particular a black girl with dread like hair and a hispanic heavy set shorter women with black frame glasses and a bright yellow headband. I felt so harassed and profiled. I went in there to shop and spend my money and to be treated and assumed to be a criminal is so distasteful and tells me a lot about the people running it. Will not be back at this location.

Would not recommend this location! They offer curbside pick ups with no designated Curbside parking so you have to park across the street or at the business next door. Once you check in, NOBODY makes an attempt to bring you your order! It’s very inconvenient and poor customer service! Don’t offer something you cannot fulfill! What made it even worse is, you provide your phone number when checking in and they were all just standing around and did not even make an attempt to call us! How hard is it to pick up the phone and ask to move up closer? The manager there also should NOT have that title. It was like she was asking someone what to say to me over the phone. Very inconsiderate employees. Take your business to another location!

Impossible to shop without being constantly harassed by sales associates. Gina was catty and rude... and even tried to scold me for my personal skin care choices that were unrelated to the products I was shopping for. I purchased 2 items but will stick with Amazon from now on.
