1 star. Terrible customer service. I called ahead and told them I’d be arriving close to closing time, and they said it would be fine. This is my second time at this location and both experiences have been disappointing.
They weren’t able to help with a simple color match, and when I came back a second time to exchange/get a new product (after an employee urged me to try it), I arrived one minute before closing and they refused to let me in. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

Employees seem to not know what a smile is. We came in with a good mood we were not greeted by anyone. We had to come up to an employee to ask for help she was very helpful but very serious the entire time. We walked past 2 other employees and smiled and they just stare straight forward. We both said thank you on the way out and received silence.

Came to write a review after my visit and I’m surprised to see negative reviews ! This was my first time ever in a Sephora and it was great, I was asked by four different people if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. I was gift shopping for a friend and went to the back section to test the Jean Paul Gaultier colognes. All the samples where out which didn’t surprise me since it was around Christmas time, I was able to ask a worker to bring out new samples for me to and she explained they were ready in the back just needed to bring them out. Less than 10 minutes later they where on the floor and I was able to purchase “Le Male Elixir” with no complications. Definitely will visit again !

Just go anywhere else as inventory is terrible for whatever reason. Staff kind but of little assistance. Felt very watched. Ended up leaving and just ordering online. You’d be wise to do the same.

Prior to lining up to get a birthday month reward, I asked if it was available at the front. They stated yes, then I lined up for 30+ minutes & was told at the front that they did not.

will not be coming back here again spoke with a lady when i walked in and she hounded me with a million questions so she could look in my bag mind you i had just walked in, also her makeup was applied horridly I walked around looking for the mini perfumes she then in a rude manner tells me to wait over there and someone would be with me no one ever came waited about 25 mins!! as i was walking to the front of the store said lady tells me bye? wtff!! this is why I will always stand with ulta too bad i had a gift card to this nasty place.

I went in last week and asked if they could use the little machine to color match me, and they kept giving me the run around. They said it only worked if I chose a brand name first so I said, ok then color match me using the machine with the Rare beauty one. So after that they sent another "make up" artist to do it manually (no machine). So I was like ok I guess we can try it that way. Then I asked again and they said ok let me get another associate.....I finally stoped asking, and just ended up purchasing the Sephora collection foundation, which I think I might return cause I don't really like it. Then I started watching videos in tic tok, and it turns out you DONT need to look for a specific brand to use the machine. The whole purpose of the machine is to color match you with numerous brands. SoTHEY LIED! ....WHY CANT THIS MACHINE BE USED ON CUSTOMERS? I'm very disappointed and will be stopping by again this week to see if I can finally use it!

Ortiz helped me and she was amazing! I had so many questions about what was new and trendy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly with my plethora of questions. She helped me match my foundation shade and offered to help with all of my makeup needs. I will definitely be going to this location in the future because of her.
