Terrific experience here after an unfortunate accident. Everyone was super helpful, easy to interact with, and highly communicative throughout. Really nice job repairing my truck like new and finished about a week ahead of schedule, which I GREATLY appreciated!

I definitely recommend coming here for any of your collision needs. They made the process really easy and I really appreciate the text updates that let me know what stage my vehicle was in as it was getting fixed. I especially really appreciated Sage as he really worked with me when I was having trouble finding a time that I could go pick up the car when it was done do to my work. Thank you Safe!Services: Painting

Is now a branch of Crash Champions but this location isn't listed on that website yet. I called to make an appointment and was given a different phone number to call instead. A bit of a pain and doesn't inspire confidence. Not a comment on the quality of work, but annoying enough to prompt me to go somewhere else.

Got a quote online and tried to schedule. When I tried to schedule one they said the quote may be hire but I would get a finial price before they start the repair... Then talked to them again and they said that not true. They will have to do the repair then give me a price....If you want to hand them a blank check then definitely come here.

Horrible customer service, will never take my car to any service king locations EVER! I walked in to drop off vehicle, front desk had no paperwork from insurance company - visit was scheduled over three months ago, the guy at the front desk had an attitude and kept hitting his desk. Overall horrible then once we got everything situated and I searched and found the estimate the guy says well it's late right now and I don't know if I have any rental cars after us standing there going back and forth for 30-45 minutes. Hands down worst experience ever

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Richie & the team at Service King replaced my vehicle's windshield and tires in a single afternoon. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was covered in shattered glass from the previously broken windshield. The registration stickers from the broken windshield were neatly placed on the new windshield, as if the stickers were brand new! I've never experienced such fast and quality service. They will help you set up a rental and let you leave the rental car at their shop when your vehicle repairs are completed. Very easy. They were very busy and were able to squeeze me in and completed the repairs MUCH sooner than the promised date. The team at Service King is very reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. I will be returning to Richie for any & all future repairs on my vehicle. Thanks Service King!

This is my second time using Service King (S. 1st Street) and the work has always been impeccable. The staff is friendly, answers all my questions, and kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle as the work progressed. It was ready exactly on time. Would definitely go back to Service King and/or refer a friend to them.

I have a 2023 Audi S5 with almost zero miles on it. Sadly someone backed into it in a parking garage causing quite a bit of damage. As you can imagine I'm insanely particular about my car and look for the smallest imperfections. Ritchie and his team knew that and did everything they could to get her back to factory new. The attention to detail was second to none and the work looks fantastic. I'd definitely recommend this team moving forward.Service: Body & Trim

Today, I went to this Service King location to retrieve all of my personal belongings from my vehicle after it was deemed a total loss. One of the employees gave me my keys and walked me out to the parking lot to access my vehicle. I clicked my car fob to better locate my car since the employee was unsure of its specific location. I noticed it didn’t beep and he said the horn may have been disabled. When we found the vehicle, I clicked the fob again to unlock my car and there weren’t any noises to indicate the car had been unlocked. The employee said, “it’s ok, it’s unlocked anyway.” As soon as I opened the door, I noticed my car had trash on the driver’s and passenger’s seat. The employee asked if any thing was wrong and I responded with, “yes, I don’t recall leaving dominos in my car or all this trash.” He said an employee may have left it while working on the vehicle. I proceeded to clean out my car and noticed I was missing all the change out of my cup holder, it had been completely emptied. At the time of my car accident, I remember change had flown all over, so I was prepared to pick up every coin during the clean out process. Instead, I found one penny and a dime. After inspecting my car, I noticed my car had an unpleasant smell and the inside was wet. There was condensation on the mirrors, visors, on the leather in my car, and my seats were also wet. There was a box from dominos, a Gatorade bottle with brownish-yellow liquid, a coffee cup, a body armor bottle, a Cracker Jack snack bag, and papers on the floor. My center console and glove box were nearly empty. I went inside to turn in my fob and speak with someone. I let the front desk person know I didn’t appreciate the trash left or the fact that I had personal items missing. The general manager Richie stepped into the conversation and said it wasn’t an employee, it must have been a homeless person who broke into my car. There were no noticeable signs of a break in, no broken glass, etc. He said my car must have been left unlocked since the vehicle was a total loss. The issue with that is statement is that I DROVE my car to the repair shop, the fob and the ability to lock my car were fully functional at the time I dropped off my vehicle. He apologized and said the car gets moved from lot to lot multiple times and must have been left unlocked. A simple apology will not fix the fact that my car was left unlocked while in their possession. It now makes sense that someone, either an employee or a homeless person was able to access my personal documents. I had to cancel my credit and debt card a few days ago due to unknown charges on my account. Now I will have to deal with issues that arise from this incident like fraud and identity theft. At first, the general manager failed to accept responsibility stating the repair shop is not responsible if my car is broken into while in their possession. He also stated that the homeless people are a bad problem in the area? I asked him why they would fail to simply lock my car if this was a known issue. The General Manager then admitted to negligence of my vehicle and asked what type of compensation I wanted due to this incident. I left absolutely appalled at the fact that there was not any general concern for what happened and let them know I would be filing a police report and escalating the issue.State Farm accredits Service King and this location as a reputable repair shop. I personally will never recommend the Service King chain and especially this location as a repair shop to anyone. I will continue to share my experience on every platform; people need to know how unacceptable Service King is.Attached are some photos, I realized during the conversation with the general manager, that the liquid inside the Gatorade bottle is urine. I also picked up the papers before taking a picture due to personal info on them.
