Highly recommend! I was in a pinch and needed some help with my car while being from out of town. The staff was so kind and earned my highest trust. Which is normally not the case at auto shops. You can trust that they will treat you right, with respect, and will not over charge you. I will recommend to all my friends in Austin!

The guys there are great! Louie has done tires on my vehicles for years and always does an amazing job. His customer service is always outstanding. No place I trust more when it comes to my vehicles' tires.

I have been going to Casis since I was a kid and my grandmother would pull up in her Buick and get full service gas. I can't believe the service still exists!While I fill up my own tank the service attendants always say hello and offer to check my tires and ask if there is anything I need! They know customers and family members by name. You just dont find that anywhere!All of our family vehilcles are serviced at Casis Village Shell. They do a great job and we have never had issues with any repairs on our cars.Javier takes amazing care of us always! The whole team goes above and beyond.A very happy and loyal customer!!!

As a Realtor, I put thousands of miles on my car. I 100% rely on the amazing team Scott has assembled at the Casis Shell station. The sweet staff helps me with the pump when I need it and always cleans my windows even though I’m at the self service pump. Javier schedules all of my Maintence and repairs with s smile and gets me in quickly if I have an issue. He takes care of the nails that find their way into my tires from showing new homes. ? Their mechanics are excellent and repairs and Maintence much less than the Lexus dealership. They’ve provided West Austin with the same great service for decades.

Everyone here is so great! I have been taking my elderly Nissan Xterra here for the past year or so and am so impressed with the service. They are always communicative, efficient, trustworthy, and just thoughtful, good people. Any work I’ve needed has been completed so fast and they call to give me detailed updates. They patiently explain things and treat you fairly. So far I have dealt with Javier, Scott and Joe and loved each one of them!
