They lie about the price of gasoline. Regular gas is $2.899, not $2.64 like they claim. This is a consistent issue with them

Double check your receipts! They try to scam you and the city by both ringing up significantly higher prices on items instead of scanning and then claiming beer is tax exempt.
And this wasn’t a few cents more on a 10.99 six pack the attendant Raza charged me 17.99. I asked for a receipt and pointed it out explicitly and the guy claimed that is how it rang up. He refused to refund me the difference.
My guess is he was lying and trying to take a little for himself. Because if this is how beer rings up properly then this business is cheating the tax man, the TABC and their customers.
Place is a convenient location though when leaving downtown and Raza was friendly until I asked for a receipt

Austin TX this is Disgusting!! How you sell Opened containers and refuse refunds..... On an Over Priced $6 Already Open drink. Starbucks should be Ashamed of you to carry their products! Disgusting Low Quality Dirty immigrant gas stations should Stop!!

I don't know how the service is at this location. I pulled in to fill my tank and was immediately surrounded by people asking for money or cigarettes. I did not feel comfortable and left.

The clerk is not paying attention to the pumps or what's going on in the station is always on his phone a man came in saying somebody took his gas from the pump and if he was paying attention like he was supposed to he could have stopped it but he did cuz he wasn't paying attention and he also told the guy next time leave your gas can at the pump and I was thinking of myself so it can get stolen just like the gas.
