The store says 24 hours. Ah, mine, it is not 24 hours. Please change. So people aren't wasting time on the way to the airport on an early flight.

I would not recommend going to the store at all. Cashier is very violent and try to fight me inside of the store. Step on the back of my shoe as he was pushing me out of the door all over a cup of ice, he tried to charge me $1.69 when I had my own cup already. I simply told him I am not going to pay for the ice, I will pour it out And he told me I need to leave the store right away and was unable to pay for my coffee. That he would not let me purchase. Very hostile and aggressive in my face like he wanted to fight me I was very scared. Then he took a photo of me and my coworker as we were leaving the parking lot in our work. Not good customer service. you need anger management ASAP?

They say 24/7,but the sign says on the door,they close at 11pm,I get here 15 minutes til and it’s closed and the guy inside the store is ignoring two females that have to use the restroom,my boss has to use the restroom and he was purposely ignoring us and other customers,idk what’s worse,that I’ve worked at a gas station and have a little bit more decency to help people out than this person does,I will not be coming here again if this guy is gonna close 15-20 minutes early and he is not even in the bad part of town

The man working register on 10/14 at 3:30pm is SO RUDE. I mentioned nicely that the fountain drink machine wasn’t working and he just shrugged and rolled his eyes. He was also so impatient to the young woman ahead of me like she wasn’t getting out of the way fast enough. And when I went to run my card, he literally tried grabbing it out of my hand to do it himself. Not only that but fuel prices are ALWAYS 20-30cents more expensive than other local places. It’s more convenient for me to stop here but I’ll never be back.

Glad My First Time was My LastI refused to recommend anywhere that does not answer their phone or return calls. Pathetic.This Shell's Pumps hold more than $70.00 (BEWARE). My visa prepaid had the entire amount held, and then told me my transaction was declined.Please give me my money back.

12-6-2022. Beware!! The pumps are overcharging the customers at the Shell station near Rob Roy on Hwy 360. I just stopped to fill up my Land Rover and was charged 23.16 gallons of gas when in reality I only received approximately 17 gallons! Not sure who is responsible for calibration on the pumps but everyone is getting ripped off. See photos for proof.

Only Gas station in one of the wealthiest parts of town doesnt have bags of ice. Management should be ashamed.

Worst service , at 5:55pm clerk needs more training on reading ID 's And needs to be informed verbally on customer racial/discriminatory policies also store needs update on state issued identifications
