Love the convenience of this location near my family’s home. I use the T-Mobile Tuesdays where I can reap 20 cents off. The gas here is so affordable 🤩compared⛽️ to the west coast.

I just want to say thank you to Paulina and the manager Donna. I lost my wallet there and Donna spent at least 45 minutes going through the cameras to help me find it! Great people and I appreciate it.

I have given this service station chance after chance to fulfill a simple test/request, that is...keep the receipt dispenser filled with paper so the customer does not have to come into the store to get their receipt. Donna, the manager just can not seem to manage to do this, even after multiple complaints over the years. Of course, there are a lot of other things wrong with this location I could point out, but the reviews/ratings speak for themselves. Where's the owner? Nowadays the term customer service is a lost concept.

Parked by one pump, out of order. Drove by second pump, out of order. Third pump was open but when I swiped credit card it said see cashier. So now I'm driving off. You don't deserve my business.

Pumps frequently broken. Does not show up on the Shell mobile app. Staff frequently lets customers do scratchers at counter regardless of whether or not there is a line.

Broken pump which caused an error with my shell rewards, since the customer rep is a Circle K employee she said she couldn't do anything.Seems like the proper thing to do would be to empower employees to put in a report for the pump in question or cancel the transaction and direct you to a new pumpNot the case today
