Enough is enough. Like my God, this station has had some really good service personnel’s. In which know me right off hand like literally they already know what I need before coming to the counter, and, has had each item out already before approaching them, to request any item. Kudos to you both for putting the convenient in the meaning of convenience store. God knows, maybe it’s because I’ve been in this area for about 4 1/2 years now and they know I’ve always been southern style hospitality, speaking and asking them how their day has gone and praying that the day ends well for them, genuinely. Worked as an essential worker for agriculture, uniform explains it all. My concern is the night worker, he has always caused me a hard time asking to see the names on my credit or business cards, making me pay cash for lottery tickets, then months later asking me to use a card to purchase tickets, because the pin is needed, is what you told me. I’ve on numerous occasions purchased Texas lottery on Apple Pay with the other clerks and his reasoning he gave me “this time” is the physical copy of the card needed to be used because the pin is needed as This store is already price gouging, trust me I’ve been around and it’s just ridiculously inconvenient. I’ve never felt so attacked, professionally, in one of the most derogatory way. This is unacceptable to pick and choose who you serve with a smile. That’s not patriotism, that’s diversity. As I’m currently seeking some help with the right bureau, I urge everyone to take heed of that night worker. Wouldn’t be surprised if he isn’t scamming the register already, on numerous occasions the price of regular items I would get upon a daytime cashiers service, differ totally opposite from the same items I may purchase with this overnight employee. I will write a review every week upon this individual, until he is removed. And if that won’t work, we’ll take the legal way by bringing awareness of crooked perps hired within the business industry located in our community. This goes further the just some business owner reply to this review. I’ve been treated unfairly on too many occasions, I’d like for him to be removed. He already places those credit card scammers on those pumps out there and wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t on one of the two machines within the store.

Here is what you need to know about this location before coming here:It's one of the few remaining Shell gas station so if you're like me trying to get rewards and use discounts that I have with shell it's super convenient to be able to still find the location like this with some of the lower gas prices in town unlike some of the other shells who tried to inflate their prices after your discount from shell rewards.Also this location inside is amazing!the staff is the friendliest I've met in a long time and they made me feel welcomed and safe with shelves on top of shelves of products and every kind of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink you can imagine all kinds of unique products and all kinds of meat snacks and a microwave in case you need to warm something up!To do what they can to keep it super clean!They even have a jeweler nextdoor who buys and sells gold and silver and cryptocurrency and they have food trailers rotate here everyday!Plenty of parking, pumps, and the restroom was reasonably clean! ( sorry ladies it's one restroom though for men and women )Also the prices for the various different drinks and snacks was reasonable for a convenience store!

Now looking at this selection of 1 stars I'm laughing wondering if it's a competing store. They are so far away from reality.Anyway, they have a lot of stuff you wouldn't expect and has saved my butt a few times. Many drinks to choose from, but I do wish they'd have less zero sugar, and more simi-sugar as I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners.I'm glad this place was as nice as it is, to make the combo of getting a taco outside and come in for a drink so awesome. Also very nice people we have a laugh a lot.Oh they for some reason play high energy techno which you can't help to bop to getting your favorite beverage.

This is my go to convenient store both coming or going when i go to Austin. Grab my snacks on the way to town, n gas n smokes on the way hm. And if im wrking i will stop by the taco place that is inside the store- omg the breakfast tacos get two thumbs from Cindylu.

They have tried to overcharge me every time I've gone in. It has to be illegal. Make sure you pay attention and don't let him be a thief. Better yet, just go somewhere else.

Live across the street. Used a cc I don't normally use a week ago, IN THE STORE, and today someone tried to charge over $250 at Pappadeaux way the hell up north. I literally haven't used that card anywhere but here all month, and now this. Can't prove it, but it's super sketch. Guess this business is cash only from now on, and I don't carry cash. So I guess I'll just skip it.

I know the staff very well. I have gone to this gas station weekly for over 5 years now. The staff is kind. I am a friendly, respectful person and they greet me by name just walking into this store. It feels like cheers in a abstract sense. It is apart of the community and thankful for the kindness they extend those of us that live in the area which is by Cowan and another elementary school. Truly apart of community.
