Absolutely the worst Sherwin Williams there is…. My opinion, Need new staff that want to work and likes their job.. the staff is always on break in the back, phone ringing constantly with nobody to answer it.. most staff is rude to the customers.. just an absolutely horrible experience EVERY TIME I have to go to the Airport Blvd store..

Found this location to be very helpful in helping us pick out colors for our nursery. They were able to provide the exact color we wanted for our room. The color looks rich and perfect level of sheen.

I wasn't aware this was a commercial paint store at the time, and just went in to the closest SW store to get a quick paint match for a property we were preparing for a new tenant. I frequent SW stores for such paint matching since they tend to provide the best paint match -- WHEN APPROPRIATE PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN -- which I neglected this time. A piece of the wall with the requisite color was extracted and provided to the store clerk for the paint match. He came back a short time later with what appeared to be a perfect match -- showing me my sample and the "matching color" which could not be differentiated from the sample. However, when the paint was actually applied for the needed touch-ups, it was substantially different (darker) and stood out. Since there was no time to return the paint and start over, a whole wall had to be painted in lieu of just a simple touch up. I've learned one of the games played by SW in their supposed "paint matching", is simply painting over the whole representative piece that was provided to them for the matching. As such, it is of course a "perfect match", since the original color has been painted over. To avoid this -- ensure that you get your sample returned IMMEDIATELY after the spectrophotometer is used for the match. Then -- after the paint match has been mixed, have the paint applied IN FRONT OF YOU to the sample -- then you can ensure there is in fact a match. I was clearly remiss this time and paid the price.
