I was very happy I was able to find the shoe I was looking for and honestly that’s the only reason this place earned the two stars I left on here. I walked in happy as could be only for me to be met with a very very stand-offish employee the only reason I was helped was because of another employee on the side that over heard what I was asking for 2/10 service honestly.

On 28 August 2025 at or around 11:58 I entered this establishment with the intent to purchase my son a pair of shoes. As I entered the store two Hispanic women that work there made eye contact with me then proceeded to ignore me. I was interested in a couple pair did not want to bother them by asking for assistance. By the way they were deep in a conversation that is not appropriate to have in public!

The guy who asked if I needed any help was rude and didn't even try to help when I told him what I was looking for. When I gave the specifics he said good luck and walked off.

Very unsatisfied customer service very pushy doesn’t understand what it means to be told by a customer. I’m just looking asked me three times and then he was being a smart ass afterwards.

This is such an awesome place to get shoes price is a bit high but well worth for the shoes I got and the employee that helped me is super awesome especially giving me a small history lesson about the Jordan's I got a must go if you want the best

THEESE SHOES ARE FAKE!!! I was about to purchase deion diamond turf tribute to the falcons but I noticed that the red was almost maroon and the shoe doesn't drop until the 15th!!! I went upstairs to JDs and they had them but not on display because they were not out. I looked at the pair from jds and it was red like it should be!!!! I walked back to shoe palace to do a comparison and they were maroon vs red smh I'm done with shoe palace

Tremaine was so sweet and helpful and got me my shoes in my size quickly! I had gone in hoping to replace some sneakers that were stolen from my car recently and was so happy with the service after a bad experience in another store. Thank you!
