My only issue with the apartment complex is that their having smart systems being upgraded this month. Why not also look to install smart door cameras that we can use to monitor & prevent theft or other possible crimes around the complex. You guys have woman and children living here anything to keep this complex safer would be nice. The homeless people that come in during the morning and daytime before 6 pm just create safety hazards for everyone. I had my Amazon package stolen right from my door the other day not blaming the homeless community it could’ve been anyone but I just think we need better security. To add on I have also seen people sleeping in the gym and even smoking in there. None of this reflects on the staff they are really nice, helpful and super understanding but they just don’t have the resources to keep the homeless out & also make it safer for us tenants. Furthermore I understand we can have our packages sent to the office to prevent theft at our door step but this just isn’t the best solution for everyone especially when you live on the 3rd floor and work all day everyday. Thank you for understanding ??

They are really changing the complex. A lot of updates. Blake in the office is amazing. Very professional and helpful.

My experience was rough to start but they did everything in their power to rectify the situation a real good place to live if your starting out on your own or the first time very friendly staff and willing to work with you with any of your struggles

Well kept & maintained DAILY (around the clock) - night surveillance for safety - provision for pets & upkeep of grounds for waste receptacles for pets - excellent & friendly staff who are accessible - reasonable rates - multiple gated entrances for parking - secure mail & mailroom pickup for deliverable packages - dependable WiFi on premises - variety of outside cooking areas & setups & lofty maintained pool - unique monthly prizes & offers to residents - great heart of location with respect to highway accesses & toll roads - 24hr laundryroom along with total equipment workout gym.
Hard to beat.

MAA East is a sweet find.
Lovely landscape. Club house, pool, outdoor kitchen great maintenance .
Rent is fair. Location next to shopping and Y and highway.
Management communication excellent.
Many parties given to encourage community spirit.
Gated.
Dog park large. Pick up your dogs poop.
My son and I enjoy.
MMA very good management. Big on safety.

Benn living here since June and overall it's been a great experience. Staff was extremely helpful when moving in and have been on top of any issues that have come up. Just out of the way enough for it to stay quiet, but still close enough to all of my favorite spots to visit here in Austin.

This place is on the upside slope of becoming a great place to live. It’s a quiet community and the staff is nice and engaging. The on site washing machines are affordable but my clothes are full of lent afterwards. The place is very affordable and nice on the inside. Apartments are very well lit. Maintenance, however, needs to be called more than once before the job is actually completed.

We moved in a few months ago and so far everything has been wonderful, the office staff have really gone above and beyond for us. Maintenance is quick and efficient. My dog looovvves the dog park and im so happy we found this place!

I absolutely love these apartments. I have lived here for 11yrs. I think that the office team is a wonderful combination of friendly and courteous. I recommend these apartments to anyone. Although my lease is up, I still wish them well. My niece recommended me to these apartments and I'm so happy that she did. By far one of the best in Austin.
