Great product and prices. Store was clean but above all the customer service was over the top. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but on my receipt it shows salesperson#131957. I will come back for my Christmas shopping.

I went into sketchers today to buy a pair of work shoes and couldn’t help but notice this one worker talking down to another worker so I just left to look around the mall. I did go back to the store afterwards, and was happy since I found the hands free non slip shoes thanks to this nice girl, I believe her name was Alyssa, she was so great!! She was quick considering the fact that she was by herself and was able to recommend me many shoes!

I stopped in the Skechers store about a week ago and I had a wonderful experience with the assistant manager Nia. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and helped me pick out shoes for my niece. She was easy to talk to and just pleasant to be around. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything but I did of course because of the level of customer service I received. If you are ever in the Austin area check them out.

There is a particular employee here who has a very short fuse. She rudely asked me to move so she could get a specific shoe. I asked a follow up question “how long will it take?”
She then paused, got out her phone, and started recording me with her phone. Then proceeded to escalate the situation, as if to bait me into doing something crazy on camera.
I had my 3 yr old with me and my 9 month old in a stroller. That didn’t stop her from attempting to incite something out of me.
I said, have a good day, and walked out. At least she said have a good day back to me lol.
Service was not good to begin with, but this behavior is wild.
I don’t know any of their names because no one was helping me in the first place.
Don’t shop here. Go to the outlets, it’s cheaper anyways.

I always enjoy doing business with this store. The management team and the staff has always been great to me. Specifically Nia and Ryan did a great job with helping me out.

I love these cut out foam shoes. They take off pressure on the knees when I run. Runs about a hundred when they're not on sale, but there are often sales.

Selection is great. They offer a Membership that earns points on purchases for savings, plus they have buy one get second pair at half off. Customer service is friendly and professional.

Tobias the manager was super helpful! I refused to return to the Killeen location due to poor customer service! I found great shoes and even better energy!

I waited in line for about 30-40 minutes, this lady was being extremely slow and didn’t consider the amount of line and an employee named Linnea was doing a return and a pick up and a check out she also called another location and started gossiping a kind sir tried to take over the register and she refused to let him help there was no help with the shoe area just the cashier I got 12$ back of pure quarters didn’t ask me to sign up for the 10% off line the person infront of me it was a horrendous experience not reccomend. Linnea Was a rude employee the rest of the employees are amazing staff
