Hayden & Sebastian are world class service and I mean it. Talk about knowledgeable and amazing humans. It’s hard to find people who really care nowadays but I assure you go see either of them and you won’t regret it. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Can't say enough great things about Ski Dock and Sebastian in particular. To say he went above and beyond is simply not enough. We were first time boaters and everything was completely new to us. Sebastian took us out on the water twice and gave the most professional instruction ever. He really prepared us. We picked the boat up this past Friday and on Sunday, we took it out by ourselves for the first time. Everything was perfect and we looked like old pros. Yeah, we were nervous, but just kept hearing Sebastian's reassuring voice in our head. I hope that Ski Dock knows how good he is and rewards him for it. As for Ski Dock, they get high marks as well. We had been to two other dealerships closer to our home. One came in with a low price, but there was no personal touch. No taking you out on the water and preparing you. Just pick it up and drive off. No thanks!!! Ski Dock was just a little above the lowest price but with their personal attention to detail, it was a no-brainer on our part. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

I already bought a boat and now I’m waiting for a new one and until now they have very good attention including Sebastian who attends me with a lot of kindness that’s why I like that diler to buy they have very good quality in all their equipment

This was my first experience with Ski Dock; and it has been a really good one.We had been waiting in line for a new Yamaha 25" for some time and Brad was being very courteous with us along the way.One day we stopped by just to check our status in line and he offered, without any push, a higher trim semi-used.We went ahead and the whole transaction was very smooth: from negotiation, financing, in-water technical delivery and after-sales. We bought a Chaparral ski boat and are very pleased with it! Ski Dock always provides the best customer service and go above and beyond!Once while launching our boat we run into an issue with our trailer. Thad Kelley had a technician come out to repair our trailer and by the time we came back from boating, it was fixed!Ski Dock employees are always very professional, friendly and never let us down!

I highly recommend Ski Dock if you are in the market for a new boat, or water toy (jet ski, paddle boards). They always go above and beyond and have excellent customer service.

Great experience. Brad helped me find the right boat, he was patient, transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. Kevin made the paperwork quick, clear and simple. Picking up the boat was very easy and they were very efficient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall at Ski Dock Austin, ask for Brad.
