We are going to rename this place "NO Sleep Number" as this is your Warning!!!!!! You should run!!!!!!!! This is not a drill but a very hard suggestion! Hahaha what a joke of a bed, customer service & forget any comfort you think you will achieve here, Cus that's not what you get from the $$$$$$$$$$$ you spend with "NO sleep number" . It's alll a scam & waste of an insane amount of money! Not only does the store location not know a lick of any product knowledge, god forbid having to deal with customer service for ANY resolution for ANY issue. They will have you on a wild rabbit chase all over & have you spending months talking to 19+ different people & not a single one of the customer service people know any thing about their product or are helping you & all will tell you 47 different things & be extremely rude to you after a month of waiting to get something resolved based off what 19+ different ppl told you the solution to your issue was. What a f*cking JOKE "NOsleep number" is! You spend $12k+ for a stupid ass bed, base & accessories, to not only get NO sleep on their awful beds but to deal with such shoddy & rude customer service people & in return all they want from you is MORE money. F*ck the customer being satisfied & happy with their product. Just open your wallet for them to keep them afloat, Cus you will not be satisfied or comfortable & get "NO SLEEP" on their extremely uncomfortable "beds"! You have been warned! It's not all rainbows & butterflies as they make it seem but more of a literal nightmare from an awful generic brand of aStephen King movie in real life with no sleep! Your best option is to sleep on the floor for more comfort & less stress fromThis joke/scam of a company! It's gonna be a hard NOPE! NOPE! ABSOLUTELY NOPE!!!!! For me!

Zero stars for customer service. Replacement parts WITH a warranty cost more than new parts other places. Also, purchasing replacement parts all sales are final with no ETA for part and no estimates of back order times.Comfy bed until it isn’t: Stay away

My wife and I stopped into the store and Pflugerville, looking for a mattress for our guestroom. The employee on duty was on the phone he hung up when we walked in. We asked him for pricing on the twin mattresses. He showed us the ones he had and the prices. We said we’re a bit more than we wanted to pay we were going to check out another store. He walked away and a half waved us off and said thanks for interrupting my phone call. We will never ever go back to the store again worst customer service ever

Disappointed with the product. I spent around $7k and they wouldn’t even give me a remote to adjust the air mattress. I have to use an app which is a complete pain since I prefer not to have my phone near me when I sleep.

Had a great experience with Brianna at Sleep Number in the Domain. She was super helpful and answered our many questions with a genuine desire to help instead of trying to just sell us a mattress. Her follow up was great after our visit and we were able to finalize our purchase via text messages and a final phone call. Easy and smooth. Thanks Brianna!

I dont actually have the bed yet, this review is about Tony @ the Domain Location. Dude was great! Yeah he is a sales guy, but he upsold by simply asking us to lay on the different mattress, it was like 100% better than the first one so boom sold. And he has integrity they are commissioned and he was honest about a delivery issues that stoped the sale. I ended up getting corporate to ok it so I could buy the bed, but Tony wanted what was best for us. Go see Tony and tell him you read the crazy Safety Lady's review.

Like many other reviewers I had a bad experience. They are quick to make the sale and get you get quick financing for an OVERPRICED bed. When it comes to delivery, 2 wks out, they send a notice 2days before and set time. In our case between 4-7PM! Not good and they are inflexible other than rescheduling for 6wks later. You need to specify acceptable delivery times at purchase, or else. For the prices they charge, customer "support" is definitely lacking. So we're stuck with this monster for several years and hope nothing goes wrong.

During these difficult times with Covid, and mix messages on mask or no mask, in store shopping is challenging to say the least. I would like to recognize the excellent buying experience my wife and I had at the Sleep Number store in the Domain in Austin, Texas. Steve, the salesperson did an outstanding job. He did not over sell us, but made sure that we had all the information we needed to make and informed buying decision.

We actually went in because we needed good pillows. We were not in the market for a new mattress and told the sales person that. Once we were there and experienced how wonderful the mattress was, we were hooked. I think this mattress will benefit both my husband and me and allow us to have the most comfortable sleep possible.
