Vacuums are decent but don’t quite do the job well, gotta spend some time on it to lift the dirt up. Machine didn’t print my receipt. Payed the $12 express wash soft touch and it didn’t come out cleaner. Just wet and with the same bird poo stains. (It wasn’t that dirty to begin with) Super disappointed I wasted my hard earned money on this “wash”

I tried to get my car washed this morning, I paid for the wash, pulled in, and the dryers turned on. No wash. No one answers their phone and their mailbox is full. It is a landline, so no messaging. Worst $14 spent in a while.

The worst car wash I have ever gotten. I spent $12 and my car is not any cleaner than before. The vacuums barely worked and didn’t get up any of the dirt in my car. I won’t be going here again. Waste of money!

This car wash has the best soft touch wash in Lakeway. I paid for the top wash with brushes and it cleaned every corner of my vehicle perfectly. It is my regular car wash now and management is always helpful. This is a very professional establishment and I would recommend it to any car owner. Thank's Snappy Clean!

I chose the the touchless wash option, and it barely cleaned it at all! It wasn't all that dirty to start with either. Waste of $15, then I went home to and had to wash it by hand.

Paid $19 for a car wash and after pulling forward, as instructed, the wash never started. No staff onsite and the customer support number is not manned + has a full mailbox. Have fun dealing with your bank to perform a chargeback against this company.

Just tried to use the car wash, paid for the top package, the car wash signaled me to enter, it started spraying the wheels and then quit. I went back out to see what the monitor said - “out of service”. So I paid for a car wash I never got. No refund options. Called the company, but the voicemail box is full, so you can’t even get a hold of someone to address the issue. I would not recommend this business.

At 3:23pm on 5/31/24, we purchased a $15 car eash from Snappy Clean located at 1815 RR620 North. We pulled into the car wash when it said to drive forward. The carwash never turned on. The location is unmanned so we called the number on their sign which said that the mailbox was full. We are contacting our credit card company to stop payment. We also looked online for reviews and found numerous customers who had the same problem. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Doesn't clean the back of the car.. at all. Waste of $15. Go down the street, this wash is terrible. Used soft brushes as well. Not good.
