First time ordering from them and last time. I received an empty box, I felt at the post office that it was light and I unpacked it on the spot and took a video, sent it to them, I did not receive a refund.

THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. None of the locations do. Really. Stop what you’re doing and call any location, in any city during business hours, and see for yourself. What business does that? God forbid a customer leaves something behind and needs to call to inquire. In my case, I needed to know if this location had my size in a particular unisex shoe, since online does not specify Women’s/Men’s sizes (like wth?). I ended up having to drive all the there, only to wind up needing to order online anyway. Do better.

Awesome kicks store! Good deals and super helpful people here. Needed buying a fee pairs especially with the Black Friday deal! Prices were super reasonable and had some that couldn't find anywhere else. Seriously only store I saw in Austin downtown that had these.

Fabulous in all ways! They had a great perfectly curated selection of the dopest kicks. I found some AF1s and the new Air Max. I had been looking for the perfect pair of AF1s for a long time even online and couldn’t find anything. I walk into Sneaker Politics and they have the best AF1s for me! They have a really good range of sizes that don’t exclude ladies looking for dope kicks too. They also had some sick hats and tshirts. This place is a must shop for any sneakerhead in your crew. I just keep going back!

Cute shoes, terrible service. Bought some Nikes, came with a cute holographic sticker. The staff was literally talking in a big circle, ignoring all of the customers. My father had to yell at them to please help us, because we asked 2x and they were too into their conversation to notice.

I was in town for my daughters tournament and decided to shop a little. I walked by this cute shop and turned immediately because the merchandise aught my eye. Walked in and there were 3 employees hanging out. Walked over to the shoe rack and I guess before I came in they all unanimously agreed to ignore me. Asked loudly about the size of shoes all 3 just put their heads down. So I assumed maybe the 2 were friends and directed my question to the employees sitting behind the counter. He also held his head down laughing. I said wow WTF am I not supposed shop here and left. Looked back and they waved and laughed! Once I heard other moms inquired about the store I shared my experience!

Super helpful staff with amazing selection. You won't find this assortment in most of any stores. Walked out with unique pair of Nikes that I wore immediately to ACL!
