This location always has good food and they make it so fresh. I'm glad they have those young people and more of a full staff again. But Mrs. Jessie or Betsy one of these 2 is her name used to manage and get those orders out and she made them delicious too. She used to run it by herself a lot of times. This location is definitely better than the one off of Parmer

New owner? Has done a complete 180 on this Sonic. Before, I was about fed up with this Sonic. Never would give sauces, service was slow, fried items would be dripping oil, one employee was a visible tweaker, orders would be wrong.Now that's not the case anymore. Service has been great, food has been great, no missing sauces or items, etc. There are even signs on all the stalls to contact owner for any issues or comments.Came in the other night for icecream and they were out of fudge for sundaes. Gave us some coupons and drink tokens as compensation. Definitely wasn't expected.

The manager Gladys is very nice. She honored the app prices because the app was not working. All my drinks were correct.

Pick a different one to go to.Ordered off the app, not a single item was ready after waiting for twice than longer of what the time it said.Had to speak to the employees multiple times to correct the items they then brought out. And even after all of that they still did not get it correct.The cherry on top is asking for an ocean water and they instead bring out a normal large water with a large amount of vanilla dumped in. This type of stuff is common here.

Almost every time I got there I order a large cup of ice. I always wait an excess of well over 5 minutes to get a cup of ice then when I go to pay the monitor always says I owe 3 dollars more than I owe. Everyone should double check their receipts.

I come to this location all the time. I'm a cab driver. I came on 12/24/23 at about 2 pm to get a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. They told me they were out of Route 44 cups so they gave me a large which I was fine with till they charged me the same price as the Route 44 saying there's no price difference. That makes no sense.

This Sonic doesn’t know how to toss the buffalo sauce on the boneless chicken poppers, they pour it over like spaghetti sauce! Still great food and service. But c'mon guys!

Most of the staff here are great. Unfortunately, they have one little girl working there that is just aggressively bad at her job.She brings out the wrong things or incomplete orders every single time, without fail. The last time, I ordered a kids meal for my son, and she rings up all the items separately, then acts like I’m the problem for not wanting to pay more than $7 for a $4 order.If we order a combo, and she’s the one bringing it out, we can be sure it’ll be missing the drink. I ordered the pickle fries once, and saw she had not brought them out when I checked our bags when she went in to get the drinks she “forgot.” When I asked about them, she told me they were out. I had to ask for something else- she fully intended for us to drive off without items we paid for.Oh- and they were not out, by the way.All of that could even be forgiven because I know what it’s like to be new at your job and make mistakes, but the biggest issue is the attitude we get from her when we ask for items that were paid for. She acts like I’m being unreasonable or fussy and I’m not. I just want either what I paid for, or a refund. But the constant mess ups, plus the attitude- it honestly feels deliberate at this point.There are plenty of places for us to go in Austin without being treated badly at a place we are giving money to for a service.That one employee is bringing down the entire store.

this sonic is the best and has the best customer service. i always stop and get a pretzel and a diet coke when im on that side of town - its the only sonic i go to:) shoutout ricardo!

I placed an order for a drink through the app and despite that it wasn't ready when I got there and I had to wait, then they canlme to ask me again what I had ordered and after another wait they finally brought it and the pickle chips I added at the drive in. So the ordering process wasn't smooth.The drink was made exactly to order and the pickle chips were got and fresh and really tasty. I'll definitely be ordering those again.
