Our baby has been in the infant room for a few months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. Ms Marissa, Ms Karen, and Ms Diana are all so sweet to our girl and keep us updated all day on her feedings and activities. As a first time mom, leaving my baby with anyone is already so hard and scary but they have made me feel nothing but supported and grateful. Everyone here seems to genuinely love all the babies in the room and it gives my mom heart some peace.

My son has been at this center since he was around 9 months old. At first it was difficult because the teacher in the infant-toddler room could not keep up with the little ones learning to walk. My son has a permanent dent in his forehead and a scar on his inner lip due to her negligence. She no longer works at the center thankfully. There have been a lot of changes in management in the 4 years he's been here. There have been some very poor decisions on who they hire for this center, but luckily all of the people that were harmful to our children have been fired. I'm disappointed that Mr. Trey and Ms. Jackie, who were absolutely fantastic, were fired over extremely petty reasons due to the district leader. I'm very thankful that Ms. Savanna has been a constant in my childs care because she communicates very well with me as his parent. She also has very creative ideas to help the kids learn through art projects. The current staff is very friendly and I feel comfortable with my son's last months of care here. They feed our children multiple times throughout the day, and they require a nap during the day.

Miss Bibi and the teachers are very nice and affectionate. Our daughter enjoys going to the care center and she is always happy when we get her.

Our experience at Kindercare has been so so wholesome, our son is 2 years old and absolutely adores Miss Ariel! All weekend he just kept saying her name and I’d ask him “do you love miss Ariel?” And he’d say “yes!” Even when it comes to conflict with another child biting our son they called us immediately and were very matter of fact about the situation which his dad and I appreciate very much.
This is the first daycare we have put our son into and it can be really hard and scary to trust another person with your child but miss Ariel and miss Savanna have made this decision very affirming for us. Also knowing that they’re both mother's makes the process of trusting them easier as well!

Both of my boys go to this daycare, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing teachers and staff. They truly care about the kids and have created a warm, safe, and loving environment. I trust them completely, which gives me so much peace of mind every day. Like any place, there have been some ups and downs, but they always listen, adjust, and strive to do what’s best for the kids and families. Seeing my boys happy, learning, and growing here reassures me that we made the right choice. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place that feels like family!

So unbelievably bad in so many aspects. My two children attended for a few years until I couldn’t take it anymore. Save yourself the headache. Some very nice teachers over the years who we loved but they didn’t last long understandably. A truly terrible atmosphere for the children overall. Impatient, untrained, underpaid staff.

We are lucky to have found South Congress Kindercare! The teachers really care about the kids and want them to feel loved and be able to learn. They have created a really great little community around the school and families.

My daughter has been going to this KinderCare since she was about 2 years old, she is 10 now. At first, the staff was more stable and had activities planned for them but as the years went by it started to fall downhill pretty fast. The staffing of teachers is very inconsistent now and they are always quitting. The tend to favor more of the younger children than the older children there. Many times I have picked up my daughter, she told me she was bored and that the teachers never plan activities so her and the other children just sit around and are bored. Management needs to be more supportive of their teachers and offer better training. They always break their promises of making changes to the daycare.

I LOVE this daycare. They communicate with me. They take the time to discuss my child with me along with help me become a better parent. This daycare has brought me such a feeling of security that I was noy getting from the previous day care. I recommend Kinder care to everyone.

So my 5yr old started about a year ago. And this is hands down the best facility he has gone to. They are very helpful with the kids especially during this pandemic. They are very clean. His teachers are amazing. My daughter attended about 12yrs ago and loved it so much i had to enroll my son. I honestly couldn't of asked for anybody better then the employees they have already. They have helped so much during this trying time. Patience, understanding and communication what more could a parent ask for. This will be a facility i would always recommend. I love them. And im sure you will too. Just see for yourself. ❤

Both of my children have attended KinderCare starting as infants. In the last 1.5 years of attendance we have had nothing but great experiences. Whenever there were any issues they were quickly solved and I was updated in the steps being taken in a timely manner. Location is clean and I know my children are safe when here. I know the director, support staff, and all teachers care for my children and have their best interest in mind. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the South Austin area.

I love KinderCare on S. Congress. My son has been at KinderCare since he was 3 months old when I went back to work after maternity leave. He is 9 months old now and I am so thankful for the love they give my son. This location has remained open for first responders and essential workers through the pandemic. I am an RN and would not be able to care for my patients without the supportive staff. This location is very clean and they take COVID seriously! Check in includes sanitation, gloves, and masks. I am highly impressed with their level of cleanliness.

My son goes here and at first I was a bit scared for him because it’s his first time in child care. I am highly pleased with his teacher Mr.silvano on how easy he made this process for me. The teacher sent through the kindercare app pictures and videos of my son everyday, which made me feel that he is at a safe facility. I love The staff they are on It with all this Covid going on. The staff in the morning and in the afternoon do a really good job at wearing protective gear and making sure the station is clean and sanitized. Overall I am grateful to have chosen a great center for my son.
