Usually love this location but had to call about a product I was looking for and the lady Emily who answered was very hesitant to help me find my product and tried to transfer me to liquor department then call failed, called back and she said okay I’ll go check and hung up the call, extremely furious and let down about this.

Came here for the 50 cent meet and greet and was going to wait inside at the tables in the Conor until the manager came and kicked me out I showed him my purchase of 350 bucks and he told me that I had to leave I was going to buy something else but at that point I just left I feel like the manager was judging me for how I looked because I got tattoos on my face and all over but I could be wrong and I just didn’t understand why I was being kicked out of the store because the website said to wait at your own risk I very much felt profiled by the manager of this store

Some good stuff here and nice staff but don't bet on their taking your specialty order and filling it. Over the half dozen or more times I've tried this, my numbers lost, my name is lost, they forgot to call me or said my order would be in when it wasn't.. ? guess at least they're consistent. (sarcasm intended)

Asked for assistance to done a Left Bank Bordeaux. Employee recommended a right bank Bordeaux....which is very different.
It took me a little longer, but I found something else.

Every time I come to this location, I am disappointed. Despite it seeming to be a larger location than the South Park Meadows location, they never have what I'm looking for, while South Park Meadows does.
The checkout employees are usually pretty friendly here, though many of the floor walkers are not super friendly, and at least one of the managers has a pretty obvious and rather severe anger management problem, and none of the employees above the check out people ever seem very interested in helping out.
I would say that unless you need something super basic and need it quickly and are in the area, don't make any kind of effort to go to this location. Go to the South Park Meadows location instead if possible.

Haven’t been in a liquor store in 20 years this is huge, couldn’t find a craft beer asked for help a young enthusiastic man helped me find it in the fridge nearby.
