Want to waste time? This is your place! I came to drop equipment off after canceling service due to constant connectivity issues, and got to sit in line for 2 hours to drop off a modem. How dumb can this process be? My guess it’s another shot to frustrate customers into not dropping equipment off and charging the leaving customer for it. Good job Spectrum.

WHY they do not publish the DIRECT PHONE NUMBERs for each retail Store is plain Stupid. The '888' toll free number takes you nowhere. Idiotic. Stop wasting everyone's time, publish the DIRECT PHONE NUMBER for each retail Store.

They very obviously price gouge in areas without other options. They also use bots to handle most of their customer support while pretending you are talking to a real human. Scum of the Earth company. The rebrand away from Time Warner Cable did nothing to improve their treatment of customers.

Sitting here for 30 minutes watching 4 guys play merry go round going in the back room while 1 employee serves a growing line. Waste my time some more. How hard is it for me to drop off equipment. Have one line for equipment drop off, up sell & waste time in the other. Boom, there’s some proffesional consultation for you. Cut me a check for my service
