I made a scheduled appointment at this Spectrum store and still got turned away. Not delayed. Not helped later. Flat out told no.
I showed up on time for an appointment that Spectrum themselves let me book at this exact location. After waiting, I was told they could not help me and was handed a UPS address instead. That is not what an appointment is. If the store cannot handle the task, then do not allow customers to book appointments for it. This is basic competence.
This was a complete waste of my time. The employee offered zero ownership, zero explanation, and zero apology beyond effectively saying go somewhere else. If the only solution is shipping equipment, then why am I allowed to book an in store appointment at all.
This experience perfectly captures what is broken about Spectrum. Disconnected systems, no accountability, and complete disregard for the customer’s time. If you are thinking about coming here because you booked an appointment, do not assume it means anything. Apparently it does not.
I went out of my way to follow their process, and Spectrum still managed to fail at the most basic level of service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Gotta say, I was really impressed with Michelle’s customer service. I usually dread going to cell phone carriers for help, but we were in and out way faster than I expected. She was kind, attentive, and helped my wife and me get off our expensive Verizon plans. Big shoutout to her!

Worst customer service ever! They kept customers waiting for close to an hour while chatting with the customers they were serving about their personal lives! Im all for personalizing customer service but when you’re making others wait for hours just to show your baby pictures and talk about your life this is unacceptable. You are a business first.

I went in last week to get a new phone, and it was the best phone store experience I've ever had. I was in and out in an hour with my new phone all set up. Acsa helped me through the whole process - she was super knowledgeable, and incredibly personable.

Ralph B helped me through a phone switch with patience and competence. He also helped improve my experience with spectrum through refining my service choices to meet my needs. He answered all my questions with patience and had a very easy going demeanor that made me feel calm through a tedious process. These folks deserve praise for handling with mind numbing waits on help lines and dealing with upset people all day long.

Four separate times now Spectrum has added routers to my account and told me to send it back or be charged for it. You don’t want Spectrum.
