There aren't enough associates working here. Waited over 45 mins to drop off equipment. Not sure what the employees do in the backroom, but they take their time coming back to the front. Before you come, make sure you reserve a place or drop off equipment at UPS.

The store sucked. One girl was twirling in chair next to the other worker. None greeted us customers as we walked in. There were so many people waiting to be helped it was ridiculous!!!!!!!! Need better workers who actually enjoy what they are doing their job!!! Would no recommend!!!!!!

Not enough employees, have a sign in, at the front. Had to wait when all I was doing was dropping off equipment/ edit. Took 45 minutes for a random employee to come out from the back. Terrible service, not a fan of the new sign in system. Older store was able to walk in and walk out total waste of time. avoid.

Peak inconvenience. Their wifi never worked in my house yet I had to be on the phone for two hours to get them to cancel the service. Then, unlike other providers, they made me wait in line over thirty minutes to drop off the non operational equipment. There were four employees in the store and only two of them were actually helping customers. Seems like the broken processes in this company, offline and online, are designed to trap customers into staying. Never doing business with them again.

Super long wait. They need another associate on the floor. I noticed alot of people waiting and then deciding to leave because the line was extremely long. It shouldn't take 3 hours just to swap out equipment. I displeased and hope that I never have to do business with them again

Absolutely listen to the comments they take forever for just dropping off was there for 30 minutes the same customer that where being helped where still there and they only have 2 people at such a busy hour?

I was sent a whole other router when all I wanted was to transfer addresses during a move. I then had to drive twenty minutes out to drop it off but had to wait in a 30 minute line for something that would take about 30 seconds. Super fun and inconvenient. Love it here.

Horrible customer service, literally 10 customers waiting. 3 guys in the back, only one actually working up front. Took hours to speak with anyone, all I had to do was drop off a modem. It was ridiculous.

Always make an appointment online! We didn't wait at all.Jacob G. was fantastic and helped us switch from Cricket. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time necessary to help us pick out new phones and transfer everything over for us. The Spectrum Mobile service works great! Thank you, Jacob! We really appreciate your help! Yes, this location needs more employees.

This location has the slowest service. Waited for HOURS just to pick up a box. Have it delivered if you can.

I give spectrum mobile 1 star, the same amount of signal bars I get on my phone since I switched to spectrum. 4 different phones all have 1 bar and sometimes no signal at all. they told me nothing can be done about it because the Verizon towers don't really cover my area.. but it's more than 1 area that it doesn't cover. I will switch back to t-mobile by the end of the month

Quick and efficient. I needed a new router and probably said less than 5 words and within a minute I got my new replacement and out the door.

There’s no sense of urgency to get customers in and out the door. Scheduling an appointment doesn’t help either. You’re sitting around like the employees and wondering why a line of people go through one person when there’s 2-3 working
