Spectrum cable is the worst our service has been spotty the past 3 months cable freezes then we'd could not get local channels came out on Thursday told us the box is not getting a strong signal for channels 2 till 30 would have to put work order in said it was fixed still not working today sat tech came out messed with the TV went outside came back in 5 minutes later told us to watch TV on the app on my phone n would have to put another work order in when he left I hsve no signal at all on phone with Spectrum all they say oh will have to send another tech meanwhile I keep getting charged GREAT WORK SPECTRUM

Spectrum! Never had spectrum before! 5 stars because I would receive mail with my name on it consistently. I called and was answered by a live representative who helped me through the process of removing my credentials from all the leases I have lived at so far in life (this one being the last unless 4 more years come to pass by law too).So far I have not received any mail from spectrum with my name and info on it. That means the representative actually listened to me and was able to address and fix the issue.What a terrific job by him! Sheesh forgot his name though so I'm taking the initiative to write directly to spectrum for review. 5 stars!! When I am capable of stable living in my own lease again myself, Spectrum will be a fop option for me to start a new service with!!

They only had 1 person working, the girl next to him was twirling in the chair and no one greeted the people walking in the door no asked what they needed help with!!!!!! Poor customer service, I left and went to a different location. There was a bunch of people needing help in front of me!!!Would not recommend. Need more workers who actually want to work!!!

The lady who calls herself the store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend going to this location if you like good service.

Walked 15 minutes to get here in the Texas heat to return equipment. Arrived, and the friendly and smiling faces inside told me I should go to UPS to drop off my equipment. Apparently, Spectrum cannot handle their own returns, and are unable to issue a receipt if I were to leave it there. What an incompetent system. So off I went on another 10 minute walk to UPS.

I was forced to get this internet by my apartment, even though the internet speed is decent, there are outages really often, it feels like it doesn’t work more often than it does.

I've spent HOURS on the phone trying to get this absolute joke of a company to stop charging me for TV services I never asked for and never used. I moved three months ago and had my Internet transferred to my new address. I was told everything would stay the same and I would continue paying the same amount I'd been paying for a year. Well come to find out two months later they took some creative liberties with my account. My bill more than doubled AND they started charging me late fees because my autopay didn't transfer from my old address like I was told it would (which was maybe for the best since they were overcharging me, but I should not have to pay late fees for their mistake). The first time I called to correct this, they told me NOT TO PAY until the "Crediting department" corrected my bill. And then proceeded to send me to collections for not paying LIKE THEY TOLD ME TO. They refuse to take TV services off of my account because according to them, my internet would cost more per month if they removed TV. The math isn't mathing! It's been an absolute nightmare that never ends. I am transferred from person to person and lied to over and over again. I just want to get my bill squared away so I can cancel my services and get Google Fiber. On top of having the world's worst customer service, their internet is also a joke. I can't tell you how many important work calls have been interrupted because my internet just goes out randomly. Sometimes for minutes sometimes FOR LITERAL HOURS. I'm convinced dealing with Spectrum is some sort of karmic punishment for something terrible I did in a past life because there's no other logical explanation.TLDR: They get one star for teaching me patience. Stay away unless you like overpaying for terrible services. I had more reliable internet in 2006 when I had dial-up in the middle of nowhere.

Wish I could give zero stars. STAY AWAY! Unless you enjoy unnecessary stress and pulling your hair out. I spent over SIX hours on the phone with spectrum over a 2 week period trying to simply transfer my service from one address to another as I prepared to move. It turned into a nightmare, with every customer service rep having completely contradictory information from the next one, them shipping equipment I didn't ask for, not shipping equipment I did need they guaranteed would ship, saying the service was transferred when I was later informed via email it was not, and then vice versa, to me finally getting so fed up I canceled my account. The whole thing was crazy-making. Even some of the customer service reps I spoke with told me I had every right to be angry about what went on, and that they'd be even angrier than I was given how asinine the whole thing became. I even called back after I canceled it to ensure there were no other steps I needed to take. I was told there were none -- everything taken care of, no more Spectrum or bill to pay. Lo and behold, nearly 4 weeks later, I get a bill from them for the month! I called and wasted another 30 minutes of my life getting them to remove the charges. The rep kept trying to sell me back with discounts. You couldn't pay me to go back to Spectrum. Run away from these criminals and stay local if you can!

I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by an overwhelming smell of B.O. The workers even started spraying air freshener to try to mask it. Then I chatted w one of their reps who began as relatively helpful and then started messing around with his mouse for like five whole minutes while I stood there in front of his station waiting for him to finish entering my info. I took time off work to come be there and the guy couldn't be bothered to even help me out. Then after 15-20 minutes of standing around, I found out they didn't even have the right equipment in store. Then the rep starts trying to upsell me instead. Absolute waste of my time. Almost ended my Spectrum membership over this store.

Unhappy with Spectrum.I went to their website and type in my address and get presented a $29.99 package. I go to check out and enter my credit card and the system blocks me. It says the area is zoned as commercial and is $72.99/mo for the exact same service.Bait and switch.

Had been with a certain phone service for ten years and chose to go with Spectrum to save some $, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer and Belle was great, set up a new account and a new phone. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Belle!
